Wonderful service! Only one man working and was very kind and welcoming! Went in with my family with 3 kids and he gave us a dollar in quarters to get something from the cute fun machines right before we left. Great food too, will definitely be back!

I ordered online from this place, and my food never came. I called eight times, only got through three times, and was hung up on twice. During the one call that did go through where they didn't hang up on me — the one I made 90 minutes after I ordered — they said the delivery driver was on their way. I made several calls after that with no result. It's now 2 and a half hours after I ordered, and my food has not arrived. Do not waste your time with this place.

It’s really a no star place. The food was cold, we were the only people for an hour, and the first people after the first hour. The entire empty inside was cold on a cold day (high of 42 degree), and they had no intention on turning on the heat. The owner didn’t answer the phones, and when he did he hung it up immediately like clock work (a blessing for the people calling for sure). After asking for a discount, he had an attitude because he said he’s already loosing money. (How about closing down and selling everything to make up for it.)

Don’t even bother. This place disgusts me. Cold food, cold environment, nothing tastes good. I tried to make this a positive but I couldn’t. There was trash all over 1 table with paperwork. He never answered the phone In fact I heard the phone go off and he hung it up. The booths are all busted up and broken. The fortune cookie was the best part of the meal. Our server didn’t ask how we were doing 1 time. This is the saddest place I think I’ve ever been to.

It was late, I get it. The “leftovers” were all they had left. My husband had gotten off work late, then we had to meet up with someone. So yeah we got their late.. Our mistake. But what was just… odd was that it was really expensive for very low quality food. They didnt have many options from their “over 100 items” to choose from. I found out the rice was either so under or over cooked it was crunchy.. The man JUST brought it out and said it was fresh. The only good thing on my plate was the pot stickers honestly. Most of the reviews underneath this post are outdated. The food was not as promised. Their supposed “ 100” items are really three tables worth of cold food. The public health department needs to come and sit down so this business can finally close. The food wasn't great for $19.20. The customer service sucks and their English is poor and very hard to understand. I've tried plenty of buffets and this for sure earns the one-star review. If you don’t want to get sick or be disappointed I don’t recommend.

This is the worst Chinese buffet I have ever been to. The place is filthy. The food is old, lacks flavor and is cold. They allow people to use their hands to pick up food without saying a word! After we saw this, we were done! DON'T waste your money. The female is rude and talks over you. The price in their menu posted below is not the price you will pay! They charged $20 per person and said their prices are on the wall! The wall it is posted on is behind the buffets part that is shut down! There is ZERO sushi and ZERO Mongolian BBQ! I will be making a complaint with the BBB ever damn day

HORRIBLE and DIRTY. This is a scam run for the hills. This place is a joke they barely had any food at the buffet area. The food looked old and unsanitary. I will never go back again.

We had to leave. It was horrible. Nothing was edible. The guy charged us 72 dollars for food we didn't eat. Avoid this place at all costs. I've enclosed a picture of the BURNED RICE.

First sign should have been both there glass front doors busted out and covered haphazardly with ply wood, 2nd sign should have that in a large dining room, there were only 11 people eating. This use to be our favorite buffet in the city, that changed tonight. I will never waste my money here again. I will make a short list.
1. Mongolian grill closed.
2. Got there about a half hour after they opened and most food trays were empty.
3. Took a plate of food with what they had available and the food was cold except the egg roll.
4. No wait staff. Our waiter was working the kitchen, waiting tables and being the host. You can imagine the type of service we received. Dirty plates not picked up and drink glasses never refilled. Oh and we couldn't communicate with him, his English was

I came in 25 minutes after their dinner service started, but still had to wait 10 minutes for the food to come out. The food tasted alright, but the temperature was a bit concerning (the food was almost lukewarm.)

The giant fish tank in the lobby is DISGUSTING. It needs to be cleaned.

Food selection was very limited. The available food was old and sitting under heat lamps that don't work. Overpriced for the quality and experience, you can get a better meal for half the price at Wendy's lol

"Buffett" is up but don't expect the usual variety. Only 2 sections with limited items. Most items were out. Sushi was very limited and not stocked. Expect to pay full price for the meal. Definitely NOT worth it and not good like it was. The hostess was waitress, cashier and busser. You would have "thought" she would let the kitchen know items were out or low. Definitely won't come back anytime soon.

The server was very nice. It was military Monday. Only active duty though, the price has been raised to almost $20 a person. Congealed sauces, over cooked seafood, chipped plates and a ROACH crawling along my booth. the owner argued that we even saw it saying they wipe the booths down and then grudgingly gave us 20% off our ticket. Guess the dirty fish tank when we walked in should have been a clue about cleanliness.

I had to give them one star, but in reality they eanred a ZERO due to the inept quality of the food, and then there was the staff. NON-FUNCTIONING & the hostess is RUDE. She wanted us to "go find" our waiter who never came to our table the entire time we were there, to give us our check. We told her we never saw him. She yelled through the restaurant for him. The sushi has been sitting out and is turning, so don't risk it. Everything else is imitation crab meat "sushi". Everything we had was cold. This place has steadily declined in the last 5 years. Let me start by saying I'm questioning a lot of the food I ate. I have to rate the taste of China a 1 star for the following reasons:

1. The atmosphere was a bit sloppy. The buffet was not that clean or stocked. Many of the tongs were touching other foods and you could see fallen pieces of food all over. The sushi bar was very low stocked. A lot of the food from the hot bar was not warm. They had a table in the middle of the dining area where they had several forks laying around and a bag of chips. This I imagine was where they rolled the silverware.

2. Although they had a variety of food

I happened to stop here for lunch around 2pm. Tables, were still dirty with empty dishes from the lunch rush. The food that was on the bar was cold and not fresh. My waiter was the only good thing about this place. The young lady at the door isn't the friendliest person.

The food is pretty good so I'll give two stars for that, but zero for the passive aggressiveness against single diners. Or maybe just me, they don't like my looks. Every time I've gone there, I get the very same tiny tiny table on the aisle, with no room to both eat and open a book. And the waiter who refills drinks *makes it a point* to squeeze past on the other side so he bumps my tiny tiny table with his butt. If I could give this place negative stars I would. I would normally have complained to a manager, but have a feeling they wouldn't care.

We rarely go out to dinner so really regret we wasted our money and time on this place.

First sign, the aquarium in the entry was dirty. Poor fish. . The first plate I grabbed was dirty. Most of the food on the buffet was not labeled. Since I only eat chicken, if I didnt recognize it, didnt eat it.

Most of the food was not hot. Thought maybe would try the mongollian grill area, but no one showed up to cook my bowl. So just left it there.

I was very surprised to see the condition of the restaurants exterior. It looks like an abandoned building, trash everywhere and extremely dirty. Bad enough that you kinda have to wonder about the state of the food your about to eat. My wife and I absolutely love the Takeout and order from them twice a week sometimes. So it was a big surprise to see the store front in this condition. The booth We were seated at was just as dirty as the rest of the place. Tables are just hit with a rag real quick after customer's are done, just look at the seats and you will see all the nasty. Food was way better

Listen, I completely understand this is a buffet style restaurant, and we've been in during the lunch hour, but the delivery was just awful. First off, it wasn't a big order at all, and it came 2 hours late.. we tried calling 3 times to get an update with no answer. Next.. the food. Mediocre at best. The chicken and dumplings were cold, the sweet and sour chicken tasted like ketchup. Our fried rice tasted as if it was under a headlamp for a couple days. I realize we don't hold American chinese food to a high standard, but I'd rather go to Panda Express at this point.

The food here takes the stars, its pretty good and most of the entrees were fresh, the vary of options is good. I think the dessert area needs some sincere facelift, they are not good. For $18.00 each I was pretty disappointed, guarenteed if they didn't charge so much they would have been busy, but it wasn't there were staff sitting and the owners (or what seemed to be) yelling at one another, enough to affect my experience.
