From the moment that we moved to Colorado, we heard many people rave about Paravicini's. It took us a while to get to Old Colorado City to try it, however, once we finally made the trip, we wish we had made it sooner. Paravicini's gives that feeling of a small mom-and-pop restaurant similar to ones that I have visited in Italy. The service is top-notch and matches the high quality and taste of their food. This is an outstanding Italian Restaurant. The bread and salad served with the meal was very good, for the main entree I ordered the Veal Giuseppe, this dish was incredible. The veal was cooked perfectly, as well as the Italian sausage. This dish was served on a bed of Angel Hair pasta, and had a great level of spice and incredible flavor. The service was excellent and the prices were very affordable. I highly recommend this restaurant if you enjoy Italian food.

Love! I had the spaghetti and meatballs. My friend had the lasagna. We both had salads. The food was good. The spaghetti sauce was light and flavorful. The meatballs were flavorful. The noodles were cooked perfectly. The salad was light and fresh with a homemade vinaigrette dressing. The atmosphere had cozy, romantic feels.

My boyfriend has been raving about this place for a long time and finally brought me. It was a Wednesday afternoon and the place was still fairly busy.

We were started off with some bread with balsamic with oil - mm soo good. Probably could have finished the whole bread by myself.

We started off with some calamari arrabiata - which was really good! I've had calamari in a lot of different places but this was very different. With the sun dried tomatoes and pepper - spicy but good. We did as for a side of the spicy marinara sauce which I would recommend you do. Would definitely get this again

What little I remember from 4 months ago, it was very good, but not great. We were not blown away, but did not leave at all disappointed.
Ordered chicken parmigiana (& some other dish?) and bruschetta. All good. No complaints. And good prices for what you get.

Mmmm Paravicini's is soooo good! If your looking for some flavorful Italian this is the place! I had the tortellini carbonara with chicken and it was cooked to perfection! This dish has such good flavor - it's cheesy in mouthwatering sauce and the peas just give it that nice compliment. I'm glad I got the chicken with it as it was a nice contrast. Overall A++++.

Simply amazing! Even at 5:00, they were busy, and I highly recommend making a reservation. Luckily, I was able to get a seat at the bar. They have a parking lot in the back. As I ordered my wine, bartender made another suggestion, and it was better. Additionally, it paired really well with my dinner, of which I ordered the Seafood Fra Diavolo that was unbelievable. Love me some Italian and this place was hands down the best I’ve had in a long time! My husband and I were celebrating our 10 year dating anniversary and Gina our waitress made us feel special from the moment we sat down till we left. Super cozy vibes, amazing food, we left full and so happy. We will definitely be back next time we are in the springs !

I'm in California and my cousin is in a physical therapy rehab facility in Colorado Springs. The food she receives there is awful and not nutritious at all. This morning I decided I wanted to send her something tasty and nutritious so I found this Bistro here on Yelp. I ordered a Cobb salad and a cannoli. I just hung up from chatting with her, and my heart is so full that it's leaking through my eyes.

She is absolutely delighted. She said it is so huge that she was able to share with her roommate. That is amazing. She did say, though, that she wasn't sharing the cannoli.

Absolutely phenomenal Italian food! The Paravicini's specials are truly unique dishes that I've never seen anywhere else. I had the prosciutto wrapped cod and my wife got the chicken valeria and both were amazing. Our waiter was funny, helpful, and incredibly nice! We can't wait to go back and enjoy more items off of the menu!

Save your money and dine at Olive Garden; at least there you get a salad or soup with your meal.
Seriously though, the Clams Diavolo were paltry in size and the Veal Parmigiana wasn't fresh nor properly prepared with the meat being way too thick, not pounded thin as is required.

We shared the calamari which was just right with the sauce. The bread was crispy one the outside and soft on the inside.

For one of the best rated Italian places in Colorado Springs, my expectations were high. Unfortunately they were not met. To start off, we made reservations and when we got there, they did not have our names on the reservation list. However, the staff was polite about mistake and seated us within 10-15 min. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. The appetizers were disappointing. When the main course came, I was expecting something fancy and with complex or impressive taste for the price I was paying... instead, I received a dish that I could have made at home or gone somewhere else to eat with

I come here for the Spaghetti and Meatballs, salad, and bread.
This meal is always delicious and on point.
We've tried other things on the menu, so amazing and some were not my favorite [the veal dish].
But if you ever want a classic, Spaghetti and Meatballs are always exceptional.
It's my go-to for Italian in the Springs!!

I really hate giving two stars to a place that others seem to love so much. But, we ordered four things, three of which had issues. A fellow guest at our bed and breakfast has a relative who works here and recommended it. Yelp reviews seemed to agree and we fancied Italian. I wasn't too hungry so ordered a bowl of Italian Wedding Soup. She went for a pasta seafood festival called Fra Diavolo that reminded us of dishes we've had in San Francisco.

Great Italian restaurant close to the Garden of the Gods park. They have great lunch specials with a ton of delicious food options for $10. The chicken parmesan sandwich was not only breaded perfectly but the bread used for the bun was nice and fresh with a perfect crunch.

Really nice, cozy restaurant with a welcoming ambient. The host greeted us as we entered. The waitress Amanda was very attentive to our table and did great checking in on us often to ensure we were OK with everything. Everything from our appetizer to our main dish was freaking delicious. Getting hungry as I write this review. Next time I'm in Colorado Springs, I am definitely going back especially for bread 😁 Ha!

I've dined here many times in the last year and also have done curb side pick up which they still offer.

I'll say that sometimes it's a hit or miss depending on the day and how busy they are.

My dining in experience at the bar has been pretty pleasant last 2 times I've been there.

The bartender Jen is amazing and always gets our order right and her cocktails are always on point!

I've also done many call-in orders to pick up and those have sometimes been less than stellar.

When we walked in it just felt great, the staff was very friendly and all though we didn’t have a reservation we were seated immediately, our waitress was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant was very clean and now the food. The bread was a little hard for me but was nicely done. The house salad was very good the dressing was very good. Veal OMG done perfect . They put out some tasty bread to start, that can be dipped in olive oil or balsamic vinegar (or both). The house salad was a winner, but the ceasar salad was a bit of a dud (not enough dressing). The chicken parmigiana was tasty, but overcooked. Sophie enjoyed her carbonara. Marnie felt the eggplant was overly made up -- the pieces were all good, but didn't quite mesh.

I have been waiting for the perfect time to go to Paravicini's and tonight was the night!! Highly recommend making a reservation from their website because they are always super busy (said the hostess) and we were seated right away with our reservation. The inside is a bit small so tables are close to each other, but I didn't mind at all because the food was everything we had hoped for in an authentic Italian restaurant. The bread was a great balance of crunchy and soft and we got a complimentary salad with our entrees. I got the manicotti and my friend got gnocchi. Both very satisfied

For now, I'm rating this place officially at 4.5. A small hole in the wall that was an excellent investment! It was quite pricey but definitely worth a return trip. It is small - table and aisle wise, especially with the large number of people - but "The Rat Pack" songs as light background, the food and the timely service made up for the feeling. I am kicking myself for waiting so long to try Paravicinis! The food was soooo good. My drink of choice was the Colorado Old Fashioned. Strong, but delicious! We started with the Bruschetta, which was refreshing and garlicy...just how I like it! I hade the Veal Toscano and it was melt in your mouth good. The garlic cream sauce was something else. My hubby had the Chicken Marco and the chicken was breaded just right and the cheese on top just made it that much better. We made reservations for dinner and were able to get in same-day. When we arrived, the table was ready and we were served promptly. The cocktails were amazing (especially the old fashioned)! The food was delicious and we enjoyed the quiet, laid-back atmosphere. We will likely eat here every time we're in the springs area!

We were looking for something special for dinner. While having a beer on Tejon St looking for dinner location a local couple recommended Paravicini's.

The service and food was amazing. The portions are large and fresh. They are full have flavor. All meals are served with a house salad and bread. I've the olive oil taste good. We both ordered items created by the chef. Do you yourself a favor and visit this little hide jewel in Old Colorado.

Wow. Today was a huge disappointment at Paravicini's. I am really torn as I have normally been happy here. So much we decided to take the in- laws out. But finally after reviewing this evening it is one star.

Went for lunch. They have a nice lunch menu with several different options to select from which also
comes with bread. I was going to order a cocktail because I do like their espresso martinis but the prices have gone up to $15 for cocktails which I think is expensive for what you get.

The food was good but wasn't hot. My eggplant and pasta was lukewarm. Someone at the table ordered the fish and chips and it looked really good. He said the tater sauce tasted different and he thought garlic was in it.

I always order the garden salad with my lunch which is really good.
