To provide a progressive and healthy dance studio offering the finest training by skilled and motivated, highly trained ADULT teachers in a creative, positive and nurturing environment. Services
We have been a part of the OBDA family for 5 years and it is a home away from home for my daughter. The instruction and teachers are top notch. The dance program has provided our daughter with learning opportunities that instill dedication, perseverance and discipline. OBDA has had a long-lasting positive impact on our daughter and our family.
This premiere program offers classes in the three essential components of musical theater - acting, singing and dancing. Curriculum will include theatre exercises, warm-ups, games, improvisation, scene study, vocal instruction, audition techniques, and movement workshops for all levels - from beginner to advanced - and all age groups.
The OBDA Star Company is our award-winning competitive dance team. Members of this small and select travel team are hand-picked by our Instructors and Faculty who are looking throughout the year for standouts. A student's "audition" is their attendance, attitude, work ethic, motivation, maturity, team player mentality and performance factor every day in dance class.
Each year the stage is set at the historic and beautiful Hershey Theatre for One Broadway's production of "Tappin". Our studio puts on a show like no other. NYC Broadway style! What the Super Bowl is to football, Tappin' is to One Broadway.
All of the classes, all of the rehearsals, all that goes into a dance year culminates with a spectacular night of Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Modern, Hip-Hop and Musical Theatre performances on the Hershey Theatre stage.When the curtain rises, our students get to showcase all that they've learned in front of friends, family and the community.

The parents block up the one way street and park in front of peoples houses. The center has a pretty big parking lot for parents but their too ignorant and selfish to use it causing residents on this street to park their cars far away and walk home. Owner claims she’s asked parents to stop doing this but obviously doesn’t enforce it enough. Been going on for years... I find it disrespectful.

The owner needs to inform her dance moms that they need to be respectful of the neighbors on this street. Since living here for two years I have seen numerous customers of yours commit hit and runs because they don’t know how to Parallel park. I have almost been Tboned by one of your moms coming out of your parking lot into the alley flying! Your dance moms also wait in the middle of the street to pick up their kid. And they also don’t know how to park on the street and make room for others to park. Your precious studio isn’t the only thing on this block.
