Services
A (per month) pet fee will be charged for each pet and is due on the first and late after the 5th. A non-refundable pet fee is required to be paid at move-in before the pet(s) can have access to the apartment home. Resident agrees that only the pet(s) described and named below will occupy premises, up to, but not exceeding two (2) pets per apartment.

Just horrible. When I first moved here I was very excited because they were brand new and my apartment was new. After a few days the water started smelling like SEWER and it was even making the tub YELLOW! So i had to boil the water and spend money on falling a of water for my new born son to take bath in! Few months later we got a new leasing manager Muhammad. Muhammad was GREAT and I had no problems when it came to him as the leasing manager but I was SO GLAD to end my lease with the lofts because it was horrible. I wouldn’t recommend anybody staying there unless you want problems with roaches

At first when I moved here everything was fine. How things change.. Can’t tell you the last time pest control came sprayed in the lofts but that’s part of your rent… Gate always malfunctioning.. Changed the gate code and was suppose to reprogram everybody code haven’t done so yet. Nasty pet owners who curb their dogs wherever and nothing is done about it. Not worth it at all. Cant wait until my lease is up. The foul odor of the water

Recently moved in late February, and loving everything so far. The office manager, Mr. Jackson was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, even when I was just touring the facility and unsure of what place would be perfect for my son and I. I applied for the unit and got approved with an official move in date within a week. The complex is clean and quiet, and my unit is very beautiful and spacious. Just as pictured on the website. I’d definitely recommend!

I was really hoping to write a great review. Unfortunately, that's not the case. The water has a foul smell to it which I can smell throughout the apartment as I wash clothes. I reset the heat and my water is still cold. Smh so now I have to take cold showers and smell??? On top of that, most of the outlets in the living room AND kitchen don't work. I went through all of them to see which one would charge my phone and I cannot even count on one hand on which ones actually work. I was excited about not going to the laundromat, but I will have to continue to do so because my washer has been stuck
