Services
A $25.00 per month pet fee will be charged for each pet and is due on the first and late after the 5th. A $150.00 per pet non-refundable fee is required to be paid at move-in before the pet(s) can have access to the apartment home. Resident agrees that only the pet(s) described and named below will occupy premises, up to, but not exceeding two (2) pets per apartment.

My only concern since living here has been the water. It smells like rotten eggs. The shower water, the sink water, anywhere you would use water. It smells like bad eggs. And we were informed that we would have to pay our water bill separate and it is no longer included in our rent. I was told when I first moved in that the smell would go away, it literally never has. Not fair.

Would never live here for the shear fact that the buildings have numbers faded to where no one could conveniently read them from the outside of the buildings. Maintenance and apartment management must do a terrible job if they cannot keep up with something so simple. In good faith I couldn’t possibly give this place a good review. Delivery drivers despise places where you can’t read signage to the utmost convenience!!!

If I could give this apartment complex a negative star, I would. I have been attempting to do business with Sabrina and Cheryl at this apartment complex since January 16th. They screen and ignore calls and demand for you to show up to meetings that they don't appear at. On top of it all, they don't have the common decency to return your call and to apologize for not showing up. This has to be the most unprofessional group of individuals. I do not recommend anyone to do business with Canterbury Apartments.

Cant get decent internet at this place. Been here for a couple months in the mail i get offers from the only company that runs a contract with this place at&t offering me current deals that i cant possibly get, and the only offer i get is a $60 month hotspot plan for 6mbs which is a ripoff. If this place wont do anything might have to move soon. The people in the Office are incredibly slow, like DMV slow at taking matters into hand, and nearly impossible to catch them in the office.
