Can Anyone PLEASE Tell Me How I Can Get In Touch With A Corporate Office For The Apartment’s??????

Stay clear from this place! Don’t let the pics fool you! This place is horrible, infested with bugs and unprofessional staff. Please read the REVIEWS before attempting to rent at this complex!

Please do not ever move into this complex. The staff and maintenance are incompetent, rude and lazy.

Move in on May 29 and I'm very disappointed, the floor feels like there's broken tiles under the carpet and I'm going to fall through, cobwebs all over the place, the kitchen floor is ripped, my dryer can't go in the wash room because the refrigerator blocks the entrance and if that's not bad the ac not cooling down my son room, the bathroom isn't ready for use.. the place is so dirty, don't they have someone to come in and clean up after the work men? My bedroom smells like smoke. This enter apartment is a mess and not fit for living conditions, I'm not even gonna finish packing my stuff cause

Dirty. There are roaches and people who argue/fight very loudly. Can hear it through the wall.

DO NOT MOVE IN THESE APARTMENTS. The apartments are not up to standard that’s promoted on the internet. My apartment infested with mold & water puddles in the apartment ceiling. I’ve reported this matter to management 3-4times. The matter was not resolved, the maintenance team came out to my apartment & started to spray chemical over the walls while I’m still occupying the unit. Totally unsafe due to health issues. These apartments aren’t suitable to live in. I’ve also contacted legal services. The employees in the office are totally unprofessional. After 4 month of complaining about

I was really excited! to Try and move into these apartments coming down from Wyoming may 4th. No one will return my calls and when I call they leave me on hold every time for over an hour. Hopefully someone will get back to me and answer my question s about the apartments.
And I can make this review change.

Pleaae read the review.. The apt we looked at in Carmel Brooks had dead roaches in the hallway, ceiling was moist with water.. Black mold around the vent. The shed had water leaking from the roof, patio was unsteady. A huge disappointment because the picture does not represent what it truly look like. This place needs to be remodeled. The girl we were dealing with was unprofessional. Was aking questions about maintaince & getting a different apt and she refused to answer. They have updated appliances but there there are no remodeled unit..Also when we arrives there were 2 individual s soliciting

!!!READ!!! Been here almost 2 months on a 12 month lease. This place is disgusting. Roaches, spiders, dips in the floor??? Wasp nest on the patio, leaky sink and dishwasher. You name it...it's broken! It was this way the day I moved in! I've called the office about 10 times and put in 9 service request and these people have not done as little as come to do an inspection. Nah.

Where should I start, how about the birds in my ceiling, that keeps me up all day! 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️

The entire office staff is rude and racist. Most disrespectful people I've ever met. I'm pretty sure all these wonderful reviews with their 5 stars were paid to say how amazing this place is. No security, gate has been broken for over a year and worked for a week, mold in bathrooms and kitchens, living room floor sinks inward, filled with criminals and crooks. absolutely the worst place ever. Spend the extra $100 for a safer and friendlier complex.

From the day I picked up an application I knew this was a great place, the office staff was friendly and answered any and every question without hesitation. Moving inn was a breeze and I was given a thorough tour of my apartment, they wanted to make sure I was happy with everything before moving in which is amazing. The community is kind and very quiet. I would definitely recommend anyone to come check it out. I wish I could give more than five stars.

Apartments are spacious! I moved in last minute & even with my attitude (I apologized lol) they still had the apartment ready with some of the nicest maintenance men in the world. Felt better about the neighborhood after talking with them. Few nosey neighbors which isn’t too bad & Gate is being fixed due to new management, so hopefully in a few weeks it’ll be working. Otherwise, I like it :)

I recommend Carmel Brook apartments. The staff be on top of things. The apartments are very quiet, clean, 247 security. You can pay your rent online which is convenient if you don’t have transportation. There’s a fitness area pool area. I love living in Carmel Brooks I have been here since March, I haven’t had any issues with the staff coming out to fix anything I need. The front office staff would fix any issues you have in a timely manner.
