This Place is a SCAM ! The model unit is False advertising the ceiling fell in, In my apartment in April so they moved me into the Model apt that they show potential clients IT IS THE ONLY UNIT THAT LOOKS UP TO DATE AND MODERN the actual apartments are trash I just moved into this new apartment and it looked liked this do not live here it’s not worth the money they asking at all

Total trash complex, like it's not even taken care of. We wanted to see if we can get a 1 bedroom apartment, and the one we toured had so much smoke smell and wasnt cleaned properly. Plus many of the buildings had tarps on top of the roofs and the doors were deteriorating. This is an absolute safety and security issue and we ran away from this apartment as soon as we were done. I even fell on the sidewalk because the pavement was uneven.
Also, I get it about COVID but you dont just give people the keys to an apartment and have them go up three flights of stairs just to find an apartment. That

This place is amazing!! well priced.
the staff is super kind and quick working as well as the maintenance crew, theyre all very professional and get work orders done quickly.
the complex itself for the majority of the time stays clean thanks to staff and maintenance however many residents seem to have complete disregard/disrespect for the place, leaving garbage outside the dumpsters, middle of the street, animal feces in courtyard and damaging property equipment as well as taking advantage of pool area which is why it's understandable that the pool closes when the office does. only suggestion
