I like living there I have a great relationship with the ladies in the apartment office but I don't like that I can hear everything from the other apartments and the bats when they come out I don't like that they keep going up on my rent and another thing I don't like is the parking is ridiculous

Huntington Park subdivision is a great place to live. Great neighbors. No gates but secluded. Plus the area has a Wonderful pool and tennis court for it's residents.

We need more lighting , cameras, security. We have alot of good hard working tenants here. And single mothers with small children. They need to know they're safe. Cars being broken into, I always tell tenants leave nothing in view. Stand with us, we stand with HPA. THANKS

I would never rate this place high. They take 8mos. to a yr. to fix things. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I'm still waiting for the hole over my refrigerator to get fixed. As I'm writing this, water is dripping. I have to put buckets on top of my refrigerator. They took 9 mos. to fix my A.C...But they always want their Rent on time. (I should seek legal action)
