What is Fitness for Daily Living?. It's the ability of your PhysiCore Trainer to design a personalized program around your strength, mobility, stability and balance demands. We focus on proper posture and alignment before making a move so it becomes natural to your body and you are less likely to injure yourself by doing something that seems simple.

Career trainers, not check chasers. PhysiCore Trainers (certified in Pilates, Functional Resistance, yoga and Golf Fitness) are educated and experienced in safe and effective fitness programs, to construct a personalized approach for achieving your wellness goals. Expert advice, via self-paced tour, to determining which specialty service from PhysiCore best meets your needs.
Services
Some people only need a few training sessions to get them motivated. Others know they won't commit unless they have an appointment with a trainer. Some want a program to perform on their own or to have their form evaluated to prevent injury. In any situation, the personal training partnership goes beyond the one hour session.
Whether you are looking for personalized workouts presented by your Trainer to use when you are able, or if you want the Trainer to interact with you during the session to make corrections and modifications for you in real time, we have the service for you. Even if you don't have a full gym set-up at home, a few small purchases on your own will be all you'll need.
55-minute sessions become established with regular attendance by both participants for four or more consecutive weeks. Once established, if a partner plans to miss a session, the semi-private rate will be charged if the remaining participant is open to another partner for that session. We will look for a suitable partner for you.

I’ve been training with Jessica for over 10 years. She is wonderful and very attentive to your individual needs! She rehabbed me from a neck/back injury. I am now able to do things again I couldn’t after my car accident. Her studio is in beautiful Greenville. There are options to do weights and Pilates. I love the variety available!

When I seek a personal trainer, our goals and personalities have to fit. I have worked with Jessica, the owner, for many years. She has guided me to significantly improved physical health. Jess clearly knows her stuff, customizes my program to my needs, even from session to session depending on what is going on with my body. She is NOT just going through the motions (no pun intended). I've worked with one of her other trainers too and she is equally qualified. Physicore has quality equipment, and comes from a foundation of integrity. This has led to me working with Physicore for many years

Simply - the best! Personalized training and fitness programs by careing, professional people. After one year I'm still at-it, and enjoying the mix of Pilates and exercises. They make it fun and worthwhile. Strongly recommended.
