We are open every day from 11am to 8:30pm for Dine-in and Takeout Service, and we offer a casual dining atmosphere, wine, beer, cocktails and happy hour (3-6pm).

Maui Pasta in Scottsdale, Arizona specializes in catering for parties large and small. Whether you are having an intimate party or family gathering for 12 or a large affair for 200, Maui Pasta can provide you with Italian fare that will surpass your expectations in freshness, flavor, and price. Maui Pasta provides fresh pasta dishes in quantities that serve 4, 6, 12 or 15, which are delivered in disposable aluminum trays.
Maui Pasta in Scottsdale, Arizona has been a retail and wholesale manufacturer of fresh pasta, breads, baked goods, and sauces since the business' inception, and currently has its Arizona manufacturing and wholesale licence.
We started out working with Mama's Fish House, producing specialty pastas for specials, and then we took on contracts for weekly deliveries of specialty pasta, gnocchi, and focaccia for various restaurants and venues that were delivered weekly or bi-weekly to our clients.Our specialty is creating "signature" pastas for restaurants and food service venues.

Never have I ever been so disappointed in a meal that I have ordered anywhere. Everything was not only overcooked, but incredibly bland as well. The quality of their beef is sub par and overly tough. It is a wonder they are able to maintain a restaurant at all with how poorly prepared the food is. The only redeeming quality was the single shred of beef that was tender. I would not even recommend this restaurant to someone I disliked.

I absolutely recommend everything about this place! The food was incredible and the staff was beyond great.
We were in town for the weekend and wanted to eat local. The name intrigued us and decided to give it a try. Man, I'm so happy we did! Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely eat here again.

Chef Patty and her team did my wedding catering!!! We had a buffet style for 100 people and the food was AMAZING!! They did an excellent job. Service was great. Everyone said it was delicious. She helped me pick out selections and we even did a tasting. If you’re considering her for your event.. I highly recommend them!!! I just can’t rave enough about the quality. Thanks team for an awesome wedding experience!

Saw an ad for Maui Pasta on Instagram and decided to make the 25 minute drive to their location. We had 3 different dishes and all were amazing and well portioned.
The only issue was our waitress seemed a bit overwhelmed handling all the tables pretty much on her own which led to some order issues, mixups, and we never did get the breadsticks.
I worked the food industry as a teen, so I understand.
The Food without a doubt was 5 star, service was 4.
Probably my only recommendation to the owner would be dimming the interior lights a bit for a more relaxing atmosphere.

As one might have guessed, the owners are from Maui! That would explain the Hawaiian plates, which I was intrigued by because I do love Hawaiian food. Maybe next time.
This trip I was craving pasta. We ordered the spaghetti carbonara ($12), the meatball sub with provolone ($11), arancini ($6), and tiramisu ($6).
Bonus points for all of the pasta being made in house!
Loved the arancini! So crisp and cheesy on the inside.
The spaghetti carbonara was on the eggier side than the rich, creamy side. Pancetta was a nice balance to the dish.
The meatball sub was HUGE! It consisted of 3 giant meatballs

Serendipity strikes again! We tried getting a last minute reservation at another restaurant in town to no avail. I then searched Italian restaurants nearby and found Maui Pasta. After reading reviews, I made a reservation. This place is a hidden gem! All home-made food and outrageously flavorful & delicious! Two of us ordered braised short ribs stuffed in pasta and the other ordered the carbonara. Large portions, reasonably priced - definitely will patronize again with more friends. Great service from waitress, too! This place is worth a try,

Made reservations for a table for 6. They give you breadsticks before you're meal & they're super good. We all got different pastas & all of us finished what we ordered. Looks family owned & it's definitely fresh! Great service.
Our waitress was so kind & was very good. She kept our water full. I got the build your own pasta. I chose marinara sauce My friend got the special which had shrimp added into it. He loved it! My other friends also loved their meal.

Came here in the middle of the day and although they were open they were empty and seemed to be preparing for the evening. Everyone seemed in good spirits and I was treated very warmly
I only ordered a simple pasta for the kids but it was exactly what I wanted and threw in some breadsticks. They also put in a little bag of chocolate chip cookies that I believe they did because I said the pasta was for my kids.
Got a good vibe from the place and reading the stories in the wall really makes you root for their success

I recently discovered Maui Pasta through AZ Market to Door. They have a good selection of take home items you can enjoy in the comfort of your own home.
Heating is simple, presentation and packaging are professional, and the quality of the pastas and sides are AMAZING.
What a little gem Maui Pasta is, I'm surprised I haven't heard of them before!
Their raviolis are lovely, no fillers, no junk - just what they say they are. The noodle is the perfect thickness in ratio of the filling.
The chicken parmesan is perfect heated in the oven, sauces are fantastic especially their alfredo

This is a hidden gem. We came here on our recent trip to Scottsdale and found it close to our hotel. There was noone else there but it was late lunch time. All of the food was excellent and pricing was good. Staff was friendly and it was clean. Wish they had one where we live as we would come often.

We've ordered here a few times during this COVID period and found it to be wonderful comfort food. Like most restaurants, to stay in business they've turned their place into a ghost kitchen of sorts.
Everyone inside seems respectful and tries hard to keep to the safety protocols. All of their staff wear masks, both in the front of the house, as well as in the back. You can see the kitchen from the front.

Love love love the food here! Take out/delivery does not affect the deliciousness. Antipasto platter for two is huge and we did enjoy another half of them the next day. Meat and cheese selections are great but the best part is the cheesy artichoke dip. So good!
I chose to build my own pasta dish because I miss squid ink pasta. I feel like it is hard to find at the restaurant here in the valley. Squid ink linguine with sausage, peppers, and arrabbiata sauce is so delicious. I love a tiny bit of spicy sauce with meaty sausage. They go very well with the boldness of squid ink pasta.
I chose to build my own pasta dish because I miss squid ink pasta. I feel like it is hard to find at the restaurant here in the valley.
