Really disappointed on our charges! We had a party of 6 and the bill was split three ways. I noticed later they charged us our third and then charged us the entire bill also. Once I noticed I called the manager. He seemed very unconcerned with their error. He said he would try to fix in the next 5 or 6 days. This is completely Unacceptable in customer service. I think they need a new manager! Our server was named Emily and he blamed her but the buck stops with the manager. He should have taken care of the issue today. So I just disputed charges on my credit card and now he will have to wait to

Excellent view and atmosphere, waitstaff was excellent.. the food ..mehh .. for the price, would not go back. Had little neck clam appetizer, the best part of my meal but pricey. Ordered an espresso martini ..but no Martini glass .. they didn't have any .. got it in a rocks glass. Seriously ? Ordered rosemary chicken.. over cooked and basically tasteless. They did make it right by removing from my bill. But I so expected more, this was not a cheap restaurant need to step it up.

Last night was our first time at Cobalt and from the time we arrived knew we were in for excellent experience. Valet parking is complimentary and a nice touch not having to worry about parking.
We were greeted professionally and as a familiar guest even though it was our first time. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor dining so we decided on outdoor dining for our party of 4. The ocean views were great on a calm night with comfortable breezes.
Johnathan, our waiter, took care of us from the start making appetizer, drink and dinner recommendations. We took his recommendations for appetizers

This place is awesome!!! The outside eating area is so pretty. The food is simple and the menu is short and sweet. The Caesar was yum. The kids portions were perfect. The drinks were interesting. The restaurant is huge and probably could fit 500 people inside. The calamari was Yum except last time it came with fried peppers and this time I didn’t have any.

We had an awesome experience at Cobalt tonight. Tom, our waiter, did an outstanding job taking care of our part of twelve. The highlights for me were the smokey old fashioned, filet mignon, key lime pie and entertainment.
The smokey old fashioned is made by burning a wood plank and letting the smoke fill the glass. The Old Fashioned is prepared separately then added to the smoke filled glass. It’s then served table side. The drink was fantastic!

My wife and I got to celebrate our 6 year anniversary dinner here and it was the actual restaurant we had our wedding reception at so it brought back memories. If it wasn't for the stormy weather that day we wouldn't have gone but we were both very happy it happened the way it did. We started off with the lobster bisque and caesar salad both were very good and flavorful. The lobster bisque had a bunch of large lobster chunks which is always a bone in my book. For our main dishes my wife ordered the 18 Hour Sous Vide Beef Short Rib and I ordered the 14oz Cast Seared Delmonico Steak. Both

Me and my wife drove far to come eat here. We paid alot of money for the hotel. The waiter was very sarcastic and argumentative with us. I believe her name was Emily. I asked for a steak. The only steak they had on there menu. She brought out a cauliflower steak 😂. When I told her I thought it was meat, she wanted to argue with me instead of getting me real meat. The service is horrible. I would never eat at this hotel anymore. I had to explain to the waiter that I was human and to forgive me. She was not apologetic at all. Just inhumane.

I went here for my birthday dinner. It is totally worth its price. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere just perfect with the fires lit outside on the patio right by the ocean. I had the day catch with two sides. Everything was delicious and very well prepared and plated. As dessert I had the flourless gluten free chocolate cake and it was divine. I would totally recommend spending a nice and intimate evening here.

After a less than Happy Birthday brunch at Cobalt, the manager Albert Kis asked us to give the restaurant a second chance.
Bravo Cobalt, our experience couldn't have been better. Food, service, ambiance....5 stars. Definitely our favorite brunch spot in Vero. We will be back for dinner and more.
The banana waffles, a new food group, the brunch burger...oh my with chorizo and and an sunny side egg, is worth the trip alone.

Cobalt catered our wedding on 01.09.21, they did a superb job with all the appetizers and main courses. Every single one of our guests still have dreams about the perfect crust on the Filet Mignon. Not a scrap was left over at the end of the night, no one could get enough! Some groomsmen and I had breakfast here that same day as well, the breakfast burger was outstanding, their eggs were perfect (not too runny like so many other lazy, bum-ridden brunch places). My wife and I can't wait to go back for a smaller party (lol).

This place is the best to go for a beautiful view and delicious food! The customer service is amazing and the food is delicious! I recommend trying the delicious mash potatoes and oysters! Everything is beautiful plated and the plate presentation is just beyond my expectations! The view outside is absolutely stunning of the whole beach and outside there is a nice breeze that makes the outside seating the best! I would definitely be back here! Such great food and customer service! Would definitely recommend!

Ok, ok, I know we're in Covid and everything is a bit more difficult, but we had terrible service here last night, notwithstanding my previous review, and that this is remains great place. Maybe it was our waitress, who had zero personality except for the large chip on her shoulder. Service was great! We had Tori as our server and she was a delight! COVID stuff: they had coasters on the table indicating it had been sanitized and provided plastic cups for water (this may be normal practice but seemed weird). I do apologize that my photo was taken mid-meal, but when it was sat in front of me it smelled so good, I couldn't resist digging in.
