Food was okay, not really good. But service was just horrible.
Not all servers are wearing a mask.
Once they brought me a check without asking if I want anything else. And twice the server brought me my order without a fork and knife. Plus I had to ask to bring me more water. Seriously?! I don’t understand: are they actually have any training before work or a common sense at least?! And what happened with the cake (on the picture).
And after all the “recommended” tips is 20%. I just don’t understand: for what

Given a recommendation from a local my wife and I were very happy to dine at the Creole house this evening. Our first visit to the area and we were not disappointed. My wife had a signature drink the voodoo doll she really enjoyed it, I tried a local ale on tap. French onion soup and a dozen oysters followed by redfish filet topped with shrimp, Panko crust and specialty house sauce for me and shrimp Alfredo and crab cake for the wife. All the food was prepared perfectly and our server was extra attentive. Excellent dining experience!

Walked in here after a long day of walking and were treated to surprisingly delicious food and amazing service. Shout out to our awesome server Latesha! Really enjoyed the oysters and shrimp ya-ya to start, and I finally got a delicious plate of crawfish etouffee, topped with extra fried crawfish tails. The fried fish platter with hushpuppies were surprisingly amazing; I would have a hard time picking what to get when I come back. Overall a great spot for comforting Louisiana favorites!

Let’s start with the good:
The chargrilled oysters are from heaven! Major deliciousness! The alligator bites are also REALLY good and the Shrimp Poe Boy was also really good.
The service is friendly and the food comes out pretty fast. BUT,
I was sooo disappointed by the crab cakes- they were far below average just overall devoid of any love.
The grits are AWFUL, I couldn’t eat them.
I would only return here for the oysters.

The food here was excellent. Four of us stopped in for lunch on or visit and everyone was extremely happy with their meal. I highly recommend the red beans and rice that comes with sausage. I would suggest adding the crispy fried chicken to it. The seasoning used was perfect. I will be stopping in there again on my next trip.

The first restaurant I ever eaten at in New Orleans. I've always wanted to try the food of New Orleans and this place was a definite amazing introduction to both the food and southern hospitality that New Orleans is famous for.
Food: Absolutely delicious. The shrimp ya ya is a must for an app. Gulf shrimp that's been sautéed in a creamy cajun pesto sauce, served with buttered grilled toast. I also had the shrimp platter which was phenomenal. For a fried dish, the food was not oily, the breading was light and crispy. We also had the bacon oysters and the charbroiled oysters. My favorite was the

Great food and the hospitality is superb! My cousin and I ate there every day for breakfast and dinner. Devon, Deuce, Dayna, Redd and Jeremiah were so welcoming and friendly that we not only went back for the food but the great laughs and conversation. They even talked me into trying oysters for the first time!!!
