The food is really good. Prices have gone up considerably during the pandemic but that's a thing everywhere. For Thai in the TL they are very flavorful. There are a couple places within a short walk that are very bland an disappointing. The peanut sauce is one item that I'm underwhelmed by but everything else I've had has been great. I haven't eaten inside since before lockdowns but the service has always been very nice and attentive when there's a wait.

Yelped this location on a trip to the city. We arrive 45 min before closing. ( which we were apprehensive because most place won't get you good service so close to their closing time. This place did not disappoint! The staff was friendly and attentive. They answered all of our questions and helped us order their most popular foods. The flavors were fresh, spicy and full of flavors! If we are back in San Francisco we will definitely make a point to stop by again.

A review that has been long overdue. As a trendier, upscale restaurant, Lers Ros serves some pretty good Thai food! They have a plethora of dishes listed on their menu, even having authentic items such as thai eels, frogs, and boar dishes.

I've actually been here since I was a kid, so when I was hanging out with my friend, we wanted to get grab some Thai food. And what better way to satisfy those cravings then by coming here.

We decided to order 3 items - The Larb Chicken Salad, Thai Coconut Soup, and the Five-Spiced Duck with Rice. All 3 items were really good! Everything was seasoned very

A friend recommended this place while on my honeymoon with my wife. We beat a giant crowd by a few minutes and ate some of the best Thai food we've ever had. The recommended spicy level was a great balance of spice and flavor. I had the crispy pork belly and my wife had the vegetarian yellow curry. They had two popular Thai beers, Chang & Singha, and I love when Asian restaurants have traditional beer.

Lers Ros is that place you go to for "fancy" and "hip" Thai food. I'm not saying it's not authentic, but there are better options for authentic Thai food in the area. The food turned out to be okay and service was lacking for an upscale restaurant. Servers never checked up on us and I tried to flag them down a couple of times but I guess they were too busy to notice.

- Shrimp Pad Thai: More on the sweeter side so I wasn't a big fan of it. I don't like my pad thai reminding me of candy.
- Garlic Frog: Tasty bits if frog meat but the portion was a little small

Did takeout, had to get the green curry, pad see ew, red chili paste beef, and egg rolls.
There was a massive delay with our order, but we aren’t sure if this can be attributed to postmates or the restaurant itself. On to the goods.
The egg rolls were soggy, subpar, and more likely than not, pre-packaged. The sweet chili sauce was good though.
The green curry was sublime, hitting all the right spots. It’s straddled the divide between spicy and creamy, rich but brought me back for more, kind of like the debt collectors my divorce lawyer hired.
The noodles were not bland, but not awe-inspiring

This is a great pre-opera / symphony destination, and one of just a handful of restaurants in this area that take reservations. Reservations are very important when you have a scheduled event -- I am not willing to chance getting a table when we need to be somewhere at a specific time, and I wish more of the Civic Center restaurants understood this important aspect of their location and customer needs. The atmosphere is typically lively and convivial and they have both indoor and a few outdoor seating options.
The food at Lers Ros is quite good and the menu is very extensive. For people like me

Perfectly low key, fast service and pretty good food.

Ordered the yellow curry which was okay. Chicken was a little over cooked and the potatoes a little undercooked but the curry sauce and rice were good.

Beef + noodles was delicious as was the papaya salad

We've been coming to this restaurant for many years and the food has always been consistently good, and usually on a weekend it is very busy. We recently visited after the pandemic and was sad to see that the area is now very decrepit due to the homelessness issue and filthy sidewalks which deter foot traffic. When we visited during lunch hour on a Saturday we were the only patron other than one lone diner, and when we left, there were still only two tables that were occupied. We enjoyed our food, although the prices are now very expensive (partly due to pandemic-induced inflation). We

This place is great. If you like really spicy food, I guess you're supposed to order it "Thai spicy" and it won't disappoint. At least this is what a master order-er that I know did.

Pad See Ew with beef is standard but that's just the way I like it - starting around $15

Thai Fried Chicken with garlic fried rice - bb liked this but wishes garlic fried rice was a bit more flavorful, good chicken though - $15

Coming from a Thai person.

Flavor for pad kee maow, pretty bland.

Pineapple fried rice, sadly bland and soggy. Beef in it was not well made.

The meatballs I got were pretty good though.

And lastly , I had the chicken larb was not too bad.

No utensils and napkins either so don't forget to ask.

I heard really good things about this place but it must have been an off day when I tried the food. It was not very memorable. The pad see ew tasted really sweet and also burnt. The pork belly was okay. The larb was the best dish.

The prices of this place is overall pretty good. The portions are alright. We came in as a party of 6 and it was quiet, they had a lot of togo orders but once we ordered we got our food relatively fast. I will say their food is on the saltier side so definitely order more rice.

My favorite was the crab cake roll, the tilapia in basil sauce, and the duck res curry.

Overall pretty good.

Really good Thai food, questionable area but thank goodness for delivery. Beautiful aromas and authentic flavors come from Lers Ros’s kitchen.Solid Pad Kee Mow here, spicy and flavorful. Just make sure you order no bean sprouts because they over do it. The beef jerky is great, it’s served with a nice tangy sauce. The fried rice is legit, it’s everything you want in a fried rice. Lers Ros also knows how to pork well, really well. The shoulder is good as well as their sausage and belly. The noodles soups are made well too, classic recipes done justice. Make sure to take advantage that they

Ordered on Door Dash since It was late July 4th and many other places closed early. Came from out of town and spotted this Thai place!

Papaya salad was alright. Not too flavorful but it was spicy! The papaya was shredded a little different than what I'm used to but now I kind of like it.
The grilled beef sirloin was hellla flavorful. I'd get it again. Prob the best dish out of the ones we ordered. The sauce was good too!
The pad kee mao was my second fav dish! Very flavorful, spicy and delicious. Too many bean sprouts for my liking but that doesn't stop me from getting it again

Pad kee mao was great and actually pretty spicy. They're always available on DoorDash when I forget to eat dinner until like 10pm.

Great go to when I'm too tired to cook. Basic Thai classics, reliable. Can't speak to their service bc I've always ordered out.

Ordered here to go the other day and was quite pleased! Can only speak on the food since this was ordered for me - no experience with service

The pad thai in itself was quite sweet! I usually like my spicy but it was good!! It was just a lot sweeter than I was used to. The portion size was normal but the only veggies were the bean sprouts and a few green onions. There were around 5 shrimps which is standard for shrimp pad thai but the shrimp didn't taste very fresh (not gross or anything but not super fresh).

For $16, it was good! The portion was big (as all thai places provide) and the

I ordered Garlic Frog and Garlic Quail to go. I opened the boxes to find these ugly, dry, bones with a tiny bit of extremely chewy meat on them. I can't believe the chef let these leave the kitchen like this. I wish the employees told me this was sold out or recommended a different dish. I paid $28.35 and tipped $8 for a couple boxes of trash. I want a refund and will never return again.

Durian sticky rice!!! Omg!!!

A friend of ours recommended Lers Ros and he said to get the Tom Yum soup and Durian sticky rice. Wow we were blown away by those 2 dishes. The tom yum soup was very fragrant and tasty, we could taste the freshness of the lemongrass, the sourness and also the spiciness, very very good! And the durian sticky rice wow, I don't know what they put in the 'milky sauce' but it was addicting.

Really great food and service!

We did outdoor dining, they have a nice set up with heat lamps. Individually wrapped utensils for everyone. Staff wears masks and everyone is so kind.

We ordered fried rolls as an appetizer. Big serving of 8 pieces, enough for our party of four to have two each. The entrees were also big servings and delicious. Crispy chicken over fried rice was really good. Perfectly crispy chicken paired well with sweet chili sauce.

We got mango sticky rice for dessert to go and so delicious! They pack coconut milk on the side.

Felt safe, delicious food, great service. Support

This review is long overdue but Lers Ros has been my favorite spot in the city when it comes to Thai food. It's rare for me to say this but every single time that I've ordered lunch from this restaurant through Caviar, the food is always delicious as it looks and I can't think of anything negative to say.

I normally order the Pad Thai and other items listed on the menu but decided to go with the Pad See Ew and add on the chicken, veggies and tofu (prawns are also an option to add on as well). It tasted absolutely phenomenal and the serving is pretty large, obviously I couldn&apos

+ Pad See Ew w/ Beef, 5/5
+ Tom Sabb Kra Dook Moo (Spicy Sour Pork Spare Ribs Soup), 5/5

For all those who LOVE Thai, that soup is a MUST TRY! The spare ribs are so tender and the soup is SO perfectly spicy and sour. It's our favorite dish to order every single time.

Came by for lunch the other day and it was a tasty experience. Street parking was available in the Tenderloin with numerous homeless on the street that can "help watch" the car. Definitely clean out the car and the valuables before parking!

Outdoor and indoor dining were available. Indoor tables were spaced 6 feet apart with hand sanitizer at the table. Our waiter was wearing a mask and gloves while some of the other staff members were wearing chin guards.

Ordered the crab fried rice along with the shrimp paste fried rice. They were both excellent. Lers Ros' fried rice is always
