Aimee has done a great job for me! She found a perfect couple to rent my small home. She handled everything that was needed, she has an answer for any questions that may come up. I have been working with Aimee Bahk and the fine folks at FWCPM for nearly three years. They helped me lease my property in 3 days from signing our property management agreement and have done a spectacular job managing everything since! I live over an hour away and I never have to worry about anything. If a repair/service call is needed, they make all arrangements and it gets paid from the monthly rent. Their online accounting system makes dealing with my CPA a snap. I highly recommend these people.

Since taking over our properties two years ago, Aimee has delivered solid results, especially in a challenging multi-family property that seemed to stump the 2 previous property managers and their firms. Our rental income per unit is up over 25% on the problem property, renovations that were previously stalled have been completed and tenants are being treated with professionalism and courtesy.
