Three Rivers Apartments offers wonderful amenities including a sparkling swimming pool with sundeck, picnc area with BBQ grill, free WiFi in the clubhouse and pool area and so much more. Three Rivers is an animal friendly community and we know you and your animal will love living here. Our animal fee is $350 (non-refundable for each animal).
Three Rivers Apartments offers spacious 1, 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans with amenities including private patio or balcony, outside storage, renovated kitchen in select homes and much more. RENTER'S INSURANCE: Proof of a current Renter's Insurance Policy is required at many WRH Communities. Check with your Leasing Consultant for details and requirements.

I've been living at my unit for approaching 2 years. For the price, the size, and the sweetness that is both Jan and Carol, and the maintenance crew, you really can't beat it. The complex is dog friendly, with a fenced in dog park and poop stations everywhere. I plan to stay here until I've outgrown the space.

Let me start by saying Jan and Carole in the office are absolutely amazing. Always so helpful and understanding. They work efficiently to resolve work orders without making us wait long. The complex overall is kept very clean, great pool area, and a bonus is the laundromat on site. Very spacious townhomes, with nice modern designs. Safe and quiet.Would recommend 10/10

Love living at this beautiful property. I had to move away for a year but I did return. Any of the great shopping areas are within ten minutes and easily accessible. The management is friendly, the property is peaceful and beautiful with an inviting pool and there is plenty of parking. Everything is safe and secure with no worries. I would return again!

Three Rivers is amazing. Close and convenient to downtown and Harbison area. Amazing apartments with lots of space! Jan who is the property manager is always been amazing to us we are a family of 5 and the management always has our kids enjoying the community here. They have a pet friendly dog park. Best of all it’s so quiet and peaceful. We have been here three years and we haven’t had any issues. Love it here!

This is a very nice area - convenient and close to the city without feeling crowded or overwhelmed by street noise. The apartments are well maintained as are the grounds. Never any litter and the grass and sidewalks are always tidy. Whenever we have a maintenance issue (which is rare!) it is always resolved immediately and without delay. We love living here!

Three Rivers Apartments are wonderful! They are on time with any requests you may have. They remember their tenants. They are always willing to help to the best of their ability. My apartment is comfy. They want what’s best for their tenants. They are big On safety for their tenants. Every time I picked up my children from their nanny first thing they say is “Yay we’re going home..” (such a wonderful feeling). I rate them a 5 star. When the pandemic occurred they was patient, they provided resources and they didn’t pressure. They assisted me along the way until I was able to get everything

I’ve been living here now for 6 months and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed it. Ms Jan and Ms Carol are fantastic and very genuine. Maintenance issues are promptly handled and they work with me about times because of my dog. My apartment is perfect for what I need. I was concerned they would seem older given the age of the apartments, but they’ve been quite well maintained. Recommend living here if you’re searching! Very quiet!

I have lived here for almost 3 years. The staff and the property manager are always helpful and friendly. Maintenance requests are addressed and fixed quickly. The pool (and outdoor areas in general) have excellent upkeep. The dog park is great for anyone with pets. The location is convenient to downtown, the highway, the zoo, and Broad/Bush river. Neighbors usually renew their leases, so if there's an opening you'll definitely want to come view the apartments while they're available!

I have lived here almost a year and I will be renewing my lease. The office staff and extremely friendly and helpful and listen to all concerns and make sure to address them accordingly. The new maintenance staff is doing a great job at keeping the apartments maintained and getting resident issues addressed. The area is also very quiet despite being right by the interstate. Great community and I enjoy living here.
