Our current building was completed in 1985 and remodeled in the year 2000. It is designed to allow us to practice veterinary medicine under optimum working conditions.
Efficient, cheerful, and easy to maintain, our building includes 5 exam rooms, a completely isolated surgical suite with heated surgical table, a large intensive care unit, comprehensive anesthetic monitoring, the latest in imaging technology - including digital x-ray, ultrasound and echocardiograms, a soft-tissue carbon dioxide laser, fully equipped laboratory with state-of-the-art blood analyzers and an in-house use pharmacy.

At Georgetown Animal Clinic, we offer you the best possible veterinary choices from professionals dedicated to progressive, comprehensive, and compassionate veterinary care of the highest standards. We realize the importance of the human-animal bond and we try to nurture and strengthen these feelings of love and companionship.
Surgical and Inpatient Procedures Surgical and hospital procedures are performed Monday through Friday. Admission for surgery is between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM by appointment. You are encouraged to call for a report on your pet's condition at any time during our regular business hours. Any procedure requiring sedation, anesthesia or bloodwork in a dog or cat requires an overnight fast.
Our facility is clean and efficient and has been designed with your pet's well being in mind. We use state-of-the-art equipment, which allows for the best possible care available to ensure your pet a long and happy life. Our team consists of 5 doctors, 9 licensed veterinary technicians, trained assistants, and friendly receptionists.

To all the ladies and doctors, and a thank you to Dr. Sorge for being there for Missy-Ashley. My heart is heavy during this time. But, the flowers you sent shows me I am not alone with understanding the pain we go through when we lose a loved one. For over 20 years Georgetown animal hospital has been there for all of my babies. Every vet and technician and support staff we have had the pleasure to meet at Georgetown treats you like you and your pet are their only clients. They treat you with love and your pet with skilled and compassionate care from early puppy hood to graceful end of life. They have been our choice for Casey, Starry and Gracie, and whoever will come after them. Human doctors could learn a lot from the caregivers at Georgetown!

We’ve had nothing but good experiences with Georgetown Animal Clinic. They’ve taken care of two of our dogs now, and have always been great to everyone in our family.
