Elizabeth gets major, no, MAJOR kudos for her representation, professionalism and warmth to members' needs. Talk about above and beyond the norm, these folx work to see how they can approve you. No need to be embarrassed about your financial status or entertain the question, will they help my situation. They absolutely will as long as you are legit and committed to achieving your financial goals.

I love ECU. I will be moving all of my banking needs to Express as soon as I can. This is the best banking experience of my financial life! I can only say that for people who are dealing with not being accepted for loans by ECU, the issue is not with them! They are more reasonable than literally 100% of other banking institutions. So YOU need to fix your credit or let them help you learn how to do that!

This credit union offers secured credit cards to help you build credit and they will also freeze your savings account for 6-12 months to help you save money.
Roy at the front desk was very helpful and polite.
Cynthia was very helpful when signing up for my account and she did really well going over the account information with me.
Rebecca was very polite and fun to talk to while I opened my account. Rebecca left a very good first and last impression of Express Credit Union.

Oh my goodness I can't believe all the perc's this bank has to offer it's patrons! I've been a member over ten years and recommend anyone I meet that has had issues in the past with banking to come by and talk to my bankers, they work with you.

It seems like everytime I apply for a some kind loan except for the payday alternative I never get approved and my paycheck goes here every week

Avoid this place like the plague. I had been a member here for like 12+ years. I used to be greeted by name and used to get excellent customer service. Then they went downhill. They are rude to customers, thru can't keep tellers, everytime I come into this place there always new faces. What does that tell you? I'm just appalled at how I've been treated here lately, no wonder they've never opened more than one branch..... Do yourself a favor and go to BECU!!!!

This a very great credit union with helpful management, I’m from Vancouver WA I been looking around to find a bank to refinance my car after some rejection I started looking on the website and I find this great bank locating in Seattle. I apply on their web page and After 2 days I got N Email says that my aplicación was approved a was easy only few more documents to show proof of income and that’s it so easy, thank you Express CU special thanks to Elizabeth Escobar she’s the best

Was in need of an account ASAP starting my new job. Andy Pena-Beltran from ECU was able to open one up for me and went above and beyond accommodating my banking needs. Overall, I had an amazing experience and was very happy and satisfied in the end. I would definitely recommend this bank to anyone that is need of a checking/savings account or any other services due to their excellent customer service!

At Christmas, I tried to use my debit card and it was declined. Knowing there were funds to cover the charge, I tried to investigate the problem. I ended up having to go into the main branch where I was told it was declined due to "inactivity." After convincing them that I wanted to use my debit card, they re-activated my card. I was told at that time that the card is usually shut off after 6 months of inactivity. In April, I went to use the debit card again. Once again, it was declined. Going to the main branch for clarification, I was again told it was shut off due to inactivity. At

Been banking here for 4 years. While the customer service is great, there has been a lot of turn over with staff. New staff needs more training.

Express Credit Union was set up to support folks transitioning to banking services from other forms of financial services (Pay day loans, check cashers, ect). However I choose to use them because they are a small credit union who are staffed by great people- you really get the sense you are working with a local financial institution. Don't buy the negative review, these folks are great!

If I could give them "negative stars" I would.
They claim to help people with "low income" but its merely lip service. Their branches are in rather inconvenient locations and you're better off with any other credit union.
I was unemployed and finally (after nearly a year) found a great job. I decided to pay off all of my credit cards and only purchase what I could pay for. To that end, I realized I needed a secured credit card (for out of town trips, as its difficult to rent a car with a debit card). Express Credit Union DENIED my request (did I mention it would have
