Great personal service at Capital Tire! Tom went out of his way to find a solution for my 14 year old car. He found a way to fix my car and wheel as usual. I live that Capital will look for parts from a used yard rather than a new part if that will work. Stopped in for a quick wiper blade change on a rainy day and I was in-and-out in under 10 minutes!

With over 30 years in the automotive repair industry, his commitment to excellence has earned him an ASE Certification as a Certified Master Technician with a L1 (Advanced Engine Performance Specialist). In addition, he is Master ASE Engine Machinist Certified and ASE Under Car Specialist.

This was my first time here and the employees were very kind, professional, and accommodating. They repaired a flat for me. The price was reasonable and they put my spare back in my trunk, re-secured it, and put the parts away in a neat manner. It’s clear these guys care about service. Will be back.

My car would not start and AAA could not get it started so I had to get it towed to Capital Auto. Although; they stated they wouldn’t be able to look at my vehicle for over a week they were gracious enough to have me keep my car there until they could look at it. To my surprise, Tom looked at my car the next day and continued to keep me informed on what they were doing. My car started on it’s own the following day and I was advised that it was probably an issue with the starter. Which in the future if I need to replace you can bet I will take to the gentleman at Capital Auto and Tire! I found

I’ve been a long time customer of Capital Tire (20 years). They have always done excellent work. They are honest, and genuinely care about their customers. Even after trying other auto-mechanics, and living outside of Madison, I always return to Capital Tire. They go above and beyond to help me keep my cars in shape, and stay safe on the road. I’m very grateful for their level service, and community focused atmosphere.

Good service and very quick! I had all 4 tires replaced for a decent price. Dropped my car off and picked it up the next day. The mechanic noticed one of my rear light bulbs was out and replaced that for a cheap price as well. I’ll definitely keep Capitol Tire in mind for the next time I need tires replaced.
