Any mandatory deduction must be stated, otherwise, negligence or abuse must be easily conclusive. Work orders need to be submitted in writing and should be completed within 14 business days or sooner.

Sherry and Bea are amazing ! Creekbend Property is awesome. If you are looking for a place to call home they will help you. Sherry goes above and beyond to help you. Bea is polite and very understanding. Creekbend maintenance team will come out the same day to fix any issue you may encounter in your home. Their apartments/homes are beautiful. I highly recommend.

I thoroughly enjoy renting from Creek bend... The maintenance is always right on time and they have helped me out numerous times over the past year. I signed another year with them and I really enjoy the amenities that they offer. In my particular location they offer water and trash paid within the rent. If I have any problems or questions I can always email them through the tenant portal and they always get back to me in a short amount of time.

Creekbend Property Management has been more than fantastic with all of my encounters. They have been very fair with pricing, accommodating, and very quick to respond to any maintenance issues that arise. Everyone I have spoken with has been very friendly and very professional. I have loved being a tenet of Creekbend Property Management. They are responsive and so helpful to needs and questions. They have a great staff and contract stellar folks to come for repairs in a timely and professional manner. Sherry is very understanding and reasonable as a landlord. I hate that I have to move away but if I was planning to remain in Charleston I would stay as a tenet with them as long as I could. Cannot recommend them enough!!!

She is prompt and forthcoming with all communications and fully transparent with contracts and fees. Sherry and the team at Creekbend Property Management are the best. She works hard, takes care of her folks and the people I send to her. I have sent many clients her way and I know they get excellent care. I sell Real Estate so I have worked with her a lot. She also has a great eye to see how and where to fix up your property and really get more rent for you...Call her....And I want to address the comment that gave this company a 1 star and said that Sherry was rude...I looked at all of her reviews...they were all 1 star and all of them said the owners or workers were rude. Hmmmmm, maybe this customer

Sherry is great to work with, we have 2 properties with Creekbend and it's been a very smooth experience so far. Sometimes communication can be spotty, just make sure you treat your rentals as a business and stay on top of annual inspections, repairs, etc and Sherry and her team will take care of it for you. My next property in the area will definitely be with Creekbend!
