Services
In our new location we are able to offer 3 separate studio spaces. By closing the barn doors between studios we are able to ensure social distancing and privacy between clients. Our cement floors make it easy to sanitize the rooms and the use of UV and Ozone lights ensure clean air. In addition to cleaning the equipment after each client we use heat and UV cabinets to sanitize the softer surfaces and handles.
All classes require appointment or reservation as applicable and all sessions and classses require 24 hour notification for cancellation to avoid the charge. In our studio you will receive one on one instruction geared toward your personal needs and goals. There is no set protocol of required exercises.

Pilates Edmonds is a welcoming environment, Owner Cheree and the other instructors I have trained with, Deb and Rose, are supportive, attentive and have helped me rehabilitate my low back pain and sciatica. Not only that, but I have learned a new level of body awareness and core engagement that is helping me improve my strength and body mechanics for running and daily activities. The instructors are unintimidating and really give you a tailored workout that yields results. The studio and equipment are pristine and in perfect condition. I always look forward to my time there and leave rejuvenated

I absolutely love Pilates Edmonds. I only wish it was closer to my house. Brandi is amazing!!!! I've been taking private reformer sessions with her for the past 6 months and she is been the absolute best. We laugh 90% of the time, however I still get an awesome workout. She also offers Reiki which is awesome when you need to be re-centered. I highly recommend coming here:) Quiet, clean and spacious studio that offers both mat and reformer classes.

Very excited for my private first class with Randy here.
The website needs to be revised, as the owner mentioned to me. I couldn't find a schedule online, but there are group classes (in trios) available daily. They have a billboard with the schedule in their facility.
The STEAL: (4) private classes for $150+ tax. Who wouldn't do this? Intro new student offer only.
I am classically trained so Stott was new. I'm still not sure exactly the difference, but I asked for a burn and I got it from Randy! I love that they use small weights while on the reformer for leg exercises

My mom and I have never found a workout we have actually enjoyed until we came here. Kelsy is our favorite, she's funny and very knowledgable (also a RN!). We always leave sweating and smiling. They do private, duo and trio classes. The more people in the class the less money it is per person. It's a very clean studio and well done. It's not one of the "cram every corner with reformers and people" places. Very quiet and peaceful. They can focus on trouble spots whether it's an injury or physical area on your body. They have many instructors so if someone is sick of
