Services
Pets will be screened on a pet by pet basis to ensure the safety of residents and cleanliness of the facility. We allow up to 2 traditional pets per apartment (cats/dogs), and must weigh no more than 35 Ibs, unless used as an assistance animal. Monthly fees may apply and a limited number of apartment units are designated for pet owners.

We just moved in about a month ago after selling our home of 47 years. We absolutely love it here. It’s quite, peaceful, everything is updated. We love the fact that it’s located next to beautiful Amherst state park. You can walk to the village of Williamsville too. Also, they address any issues or concerns you have. The maintenance staff is exceptional.

We cannot say enough great things about these apartments and the people! My mother felt uneasy understandably after moving out of her house and Park Creek made the transition so much easier on her. Everything is so new, clean with that comfortable homely feel to it. And next to a great park to take walks is just perfect. The maintenance people keep everything nice and safe (making us kids much less worried about her) and Jessica is just so helpful and caring. Highly recommend !

My 89 year old father has been a Resident at Park Creek Apartments for almost a year now, And the professionalism of the Staff from Maintenance to Management has been nothing but exemplary.. But what was more Important, As my dads health deteriorated They became family to us, They could not be more helpful or understanding, as well as supportive. I Highly recommend them. My Dad is now in Re-hab, And They continue to ask how he is doing even though he no longer resides there. Thank You Park Creek...!!

My mother Dodi moved into Park Creek Apartments in late 2017 after living in a house for many years. She loves it. The staff is cheerful, cute and funny. The location is pastoral and convenient to stores, banks, restaurants, medical facilities and the Glen Park area. It has a nice exercise room and a large community room. She feels safe and comfortable. The residents are friendly. As her daughter who lives out of town I am relieved that she no longer has to maintain a house at her age, and that she is so happy in her new home. I would highly recommend this apartment to older adults.

I've been living here for 5 months and couldn't be happier with this choice! This clean and modern apartment includes all the amenities I need and the property manager does an excellent job of providing a comfortable environment for the tenants. The location is perfect - a great place to live if you are considering living in the heart of Wiilliamsville.

I have been a resident for 9 months and just love it here. The apartment building, the grounds and the location are perfect. I looked at many over 55 senior apartments before finding the perfect one. The manager and the maintenance team are just exceptional. The apartments have high end finishes and the location is close to everything from resturants, boutique shops and grocery stores.
