I lived here for 5 years, so I think I'm at liberty to write an accurate review. I loved my time here at Sugartree. The Property manager Debbie is who I went through for almost everything. I really like her. She is accommodating, understanding, polite, and professional. As long as you are doing what you are supposed to be doing, Ie; picking up your dog's waste, paying rent on time, being a polite a courteous neighbor, they do not bother you at all. The entire property has classed up a lot since I moved here in 2016. Exponentially in the last two years. Debbie has always been quick to get out 'riffraff

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!! I waited to write out this review till after I was done completely with them, and today is the day!!! DO NOT please I beg even waste your time here. Half the time we lived here our a/c was out and we were told to just open the windows. The other half was spent arguing with them about bugs, mold, the carpet being messed up..etc.. they are a money hungry complex. Before move out date I had spoken with the lady at the front to pay off last rent, and set my date within the given 60 days. Everything was payed off and signed and to my knowledge I was set to just turn

Slum Lord and they try to control your life and the office staff and maintenance man are rude and uncaring. They enter your apartment when ever they want without notice and the AC units are from old motel rooms also the drug people leave their needels every where. We would have to call the police on a weekly basis for the drug addicts.

Worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The manager is rude crude and socially unacceptable. The buildings are infested with rats, roaches and farrell cats. Every time you resign your lease the rent goes up. People who lived there 1 week pay less then those who have been there for years.their availability to pay the rent is not conducive to those who work. No drop box and close early on Friday. You can pay online or at Wal-Mart...for a fee. There is no Grace on rent if you fall on hard days no matter how long you've been there. They feel it necessary to inspect your apartment approx 3 times
