Do NOT move here. I have unfortunately been stuck at these apartments due to covid issues, but wish I knew of the way this management was being run wayyy before moving here. The application process went fairly smooth and the first few months of living here were okay, but then things went south. What seems about every few months, your rent is raised due to "HUD income changes", when in fact those are just a basis to go off of and the community doesn't actually HAVE to enforce...they just choose to. On top of that, you are forced to use their supplied wifi/cable service, and because it is through

Don’t give this place your money. I paid $275 to be on the waitlist/ application fees and I couldn’t get the documents they needed so I had to end up getting a new job which put me over the income limit and they REFUSED to give me the $200 hold money back. If I had money to throw away I wouldn’t have applied here.

Went through over a week of sending documents due to concord management asking for things one at time per email , having to pay to get papers nortized , having to call the application team(concord management) over and over due to not properly reading documents I sent over or telling me I didn't send them when I have email confirmation that I did. I feel like I've talked to every person in the application team. They estimated my house holds income instead of going off what we actually make. Went through all of this only to get denied because I make too much.... Too much of hassle. Not to mention

Emailed about a rental. Lady who called me sounded sketchy about applying, like she KNEW it was a scam to apply. “When you get to the 2nd step in the 3 step process it will ask you for $200 holding fee, most people don’t get that far... if you get accepted that goes towards your deposit” never explained what happened if you aren’t accepted.
Well a blank email, no pick up when I call, no response to my voicemail, $350 in fees and me logging into their system later I find a denial. No explanation just an DENIED on the site.

My son and I have been here for 4 months. So far, living here has been great! Maintenance is very quick to respond, and the office staff is wonderful! They even called to check up on us, to make sure we are okay during the Covid crisis. The neighbors are very nice, children included. It's quiet at night, and we feel safe. Rent and utilities are very fair. Your all doing a great job!

I have lived here a year so far. The apartments are very large for the price. Lots of closet space! Beautiful walkway on the inside near the retention pond, or even outside on the parking lot side. It’s clean and mostly quiet here. Maintenance shows up when called, and the management has always been very kind and helpful.

Originally we felt great about this place. Sadly after we moved out the team lied and accused us breaking a ton of stuff and not turning our keys in. They made us pay over 1000 when we moved out. Harassing us by sending several letters with a week. I’m keeping my original review up, however I would like you to consider the nightmare of moving out. Now I understand why they left letters before we moved threatening how expensive it is to move.

A great place to live. You couldn't ask for a more well maintained, better managed apartment complex. I've lived here for a little over a year and I love living here. All the people that live here, that I have come in contact with, are friendly and are good neighbors.
This is a tough place to get into because it is in such demand but it is worth a try.

Visiting my daughter here. So glad she found this place to live. She is a single working girl and even on her salary can afford it. The apt is spacious and well laid out. Many nice amenities. Its only about eight years old so in good condition and well maintained. And they only rent to adults with full time jobs.
