I have been a resident of The Club at Sugar Mill for four years. I have recently left the location as life has taken me down another path; however, if it had not I would continue to make this place my home. The price of rent for the size of apartment is one of the most comparable I have seen in my many years of renting. The management is constantly making improvements to the facility, adding new landscape for curb appeal, updating outdated mailboxes and repainting each building to name a few. The maintenance staff has been consistent my entire time living here. They are personable, knowledgeable

Marie is probably the most unqualified person to be running this awful apartment complex. PLEASE TRY NOT TO MOVE HERE!!! They will do anything they can to squeeze your money from you. Dont spend your hard earned money on these horrible apartments that they hardly keep up with. I am being charged about 756 dollars because they claim they had to replace the carpet for pet odor and urine! Which doesn't make sense considering that's not possible. I WARN YOU... DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!

WHAT AN AMAZING PLACE TO LIVE !!! AFTER HURRICANE MATHEW LAST YEAR AND HURRICANE IRMA THIS YEAR, I HAVE NEVER FELT AS SAFE AND SECURE IN ANY OTHER HOME !!! FOR THE SECOND YEAR OUR COMPLEX NEVER LOST POWER BUT ALSO WE FELT SAFE !!! OUR THANKS FOR THE MANAGEMENT AND STAFF OF THE CLUB AT SUGAR MILL APARTMENTS !!!

I have lived at Sugar Mill apartments now for almost 2 years. At first everything was alright, apart from minor issues like the dish washer and air conditioner frequently breaking now. They are speedy at sending somebody to repair it, even if it takes a few visits to fix it correctly. Even now though, the dish washer still does not work. I have given up on calling somebody to fix it because after they put in a new dishwasher the drain is backed up and it will not drain.

My patient has been living here over a year now, and I am very happy not just with the space and her comfort, but the staff and the way they treat her. They really care if she is happy here. Romania is definitely a great manager and never fails. Though nothing is perfect in life, and this place is not a 5 star establishment, I give it 4 stars and another 1/2 star for effort.
