They are always so very helpful .I purchased a walker and to my surprise I am speaking with the owner which is who brought it out and loaded in my vehicle. I shared with him that I pass a lot of medical supply stores because their service is outstanding.I never feel that I am a bother and needing special assistance you can get that but I never have there best customer service ever.

I called ahead and asked about a medical product my mother needed, the lady that answered was extremely friendly and verified they had what we were looking for so we drove to the store and was amazed they have EVERYTHING! Plus gifts and nurse supplies. The young lady who assisted us was very sweet knowledgeable and helpful and gave us her full attention We will definitely look to Northshore Medical Supply for any other needs we may have! Thank you!

They do not greet you when you walk in. At least not me... wasn’t in the store for 1 full minute and the lady came up to me about me “browsing” as if I was coming to steal. I’m assuming because I’m black because 2 other customers came in after me & no one told them anything. Then when I was ready to check out, they watch me try to figure which register to check out at because they continue to sit down like they didn’t see me ready until I asked & when I asked, she still took her time to get up to check me out. Brought a new pair of scrubs, 2 jackets, & 3 head caps for a total of $150

Be careful when shopping at this store. There are conversations being held in open (in the presence of customers) that may be very OFFENSIVE to the ear, (ex: having to be bilingual to receive employment of the sort). As we know, America is a very diverse country that is growing with the minority becoming the "majority"; and "some (not all)" of the majority having problems with this. You are then "blamed" for ease dropping when the conversations are being held in public hearing distance. Having to speak a second language of some sort is very popular in America as with most countries & is only growing

I needed to get a new scrub top and got caught in traffic on the way to the shop. I had called and they stated that they'd wait for me. The ladies all went home, but the amazing gentleman (I'm so sorry I didn't get his name) waited for me with grace and was so kind! I would never buy scrubs or other medical supplies anywhere else. The level of service here is out of this world!!! Thank you for staying late so I could get my scrub top!!! If I could give you more than 5 stars, I would!!! Highly recommend!!!!!

By far this is one of the best medical supply stores I have ever visited. Every employee smiled and offered me assistance, but Paul topped off my visit with above and beyond customer service. Went into the Humble location on Saturday around 2:30 pm. Michelle helped my mom and I. Michelle is super friendly and knowledgeable. She knows what she is talking about. All the employees were very nice. It’s nice knowing that I can come in the store and be treated and helped with kind employees. We unfortunately kept them after they closed at 3 but we never felt rushed like they wanted us to leave. 4 transactions later we left 30 mins after the store closed. Highly recommend this store for any medical supplies needed.

Hands down AMAZING! We came in for 1 item and wow we walked through the store and didn’t even know these items existed. Everyone was so friendly and very knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend.
Very reasonably priced and took the flexible spend plan and a military discount. If I ever need anything more medically, we will be coming here again.
For someone very petite, crutches and wheelchairs are impossible to find and anything found online was crazy expensive. Northshore had everything needed and showed us how to use it.
