Laxi is a soulful pop/rock trio from Long Beach, CA. Their music has been featured on The Adam Carolla Show, The Tony Kornheiser Show, and The Dr. Drew Podcast. In addition to playing various clubs and theatres across the United States, they are also 1 of 2 musical acts to have ever performed at the Mystere theatre in Las Vegas.

Recently returned for a birthday lunch. My daughter surprised me and we sat outside. Our server was amazing very helpful, funny and thoughtful. He brought out a birthday treat at the end which was not expected. Lovely in the daytime outside in the nighttime inside. The appetizer Beef and chips. Was so amazing we ordered it twice. Literally a meal. If you have to choose an appetizer you must try this.

It was really dim when we entered. There's a tropical theme but the entrance could use a little light. We were led (we needed to adjust to the lack of lighting) and seated on the side with a beautiful harbor view. There happened to be a band playing near the bar. This place is considerably spacious. I had the impression that this is a fun evening place for the young 20-30 something crowd. However, it had a family-friendly atmosphere.
We shared a few apps, most notably, the Beef and Chips. DEFINITELY

The restaurant is very loud. Hard to maintain a conversation without speaking loudly. But the food? Very mediocre, zero imagination and flavor. It was delivered To table cold- both the appetizer and entrée. I had the ribeye sandwich which I believe is close to $26. About the size of a half of a subway sandwich. Again no imagination and lousy. It came with what they said was onion rings which where like soggy shoe string size onions. Again cold

My friends and I came for drinks and dinner around 4:30 on a Tuesday. We got first pic for seating. We would've loved to sit outside but it was too cold.
I got the cucumber crush cocktail. It was so refreshing and it tasted exactly like cucumber with some crushed pineapple. I would definitely recommend it.
For the table, we ordered the tuna tartar. The tuna was really fresh and seasoned well. The chips were super crunchy and complemented the fish well.

Just got home from an amazing dinner! The views are great while having dinner. We had the Tantalum burger "Kobe beef", and the grilled salmon. My boyfriend loved the burger the beef was good quality and tender. The grilled salmon is so tasty. I highly recommend!
Our server Tyler was so helpful! He knew the menu inside and out. He has great customer service, he was very informative and nice.
He even recommended the brass monkey dessert and it was in fact very delicious.

The menu apparently has been really scaled back, offering not much but seafood options for appetizers or entrees.
The salmon was good, sliders ok, but the Bhudda rice was awful. It was tasteless and the chicken in it was weird and full of gristle.
Our server Tyler was rude and arrogant and did not like to be asked for anything extra (sauces, mustard, water).
It was our first time at the place, and we won't be back.

What an adventure! The restaurant is tugged away in a quiet corner of a shopping center. There is a long dark path, much like the path in a exotic Thai forest. With water fall, and bamboo like plants. At the end of the path, there is a warmly dimmed dining hall, facing directly at the harbor.
I am thoroughly impressed by the set up.
Sipping a beautiful glass of Chardonnay whilst having fresh and yummy seafood, watching the boats passing, life doesn't get better than this.

We haven't been here in a while and one of our friends have us a gift card, so we came here and had the best time. Our waiter was Billy, and he was so fascinating and charming. He made our experience just fantastic with his excellent customer service.
The food and ambiance was as good as I remembered. The menu is a bit smaller than before, yet delicious. The view is just splendid. The decor is enchanting. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I hate giving low reviews, especially because it has a beautiful waterfront location, live music, chill ambience and I used to always frequent this spot with my family for birthdays/just cause. It's just that my most recent visit, was not what I expected. I love onion rings so much! And I'm so sad to say that the onions rings I had here recently were just way too salty, I had my bf and his mom try them and they also thought it was too salty. I probably should've gone with the fries. The other entrees were okay for the price you pay. The Dark Chocolate Nirvana dessert was the best

The food was excellent! Fine dining at its best. Appetizers and main courses were fabulous. The plating was beautiful and the taste was excellent. The cocktails were mixed well. We ordered several. Service was friendly. Kudos to the staff! The view was spectacular! Any time of the day is great but sunset was best! Great place to dine!

I took my girlfriend here for our 1-year anniversary. As I pulled up to the restaurant, she was very giddy - apparently it was one of her favorite restaurants. This place is amazing, my first time here and it was a really pleasant experience. Food really good, place is really relaxing, elegant but classy. They have live music and they also have available sitting inside and outside. Best sunset 🌇 ever 😍❤

Went on a "first date". The atmosphere was amazing. The drinks were not only pleasing to the eye but hit the spot. The fried brie with a spicy peach chutney was the perfect combination of savory and sweet. The chicken lettuce wraps were also delicious. Our server Eric was attentive and very efficient. We sat outside but could hear the melodic sounds of the live band playing. I will definitely be back. Oh yeah, my date was FANTASTIC too!!

We were out and about on a Saturday afternoon (5/29). I called to see how long of a wait for a party of two and was told that they weren't taking reservations for the rest of the day, but we could stop in at any time. That didn't answer my question.
Since we were minutes away, we decided to "stop in". It was unusually dark upon entering. I noticed a table or two were occupied indoors and a few people at the bar.
