An old school Italian joint since 54' in the LBC! I have been here once before (years ago) and I loved it even more than the first time this time around. First of all, our waitress Natalie was so sweet and attentive throughout the entire dinner. Second, the food was so flavorful and well portioned and I loved a vegetarian option with so much veggies!! I also loved the garlic bread with a solid amount of cheesiness. The grand finale was the tiramisu, which was so creamy and coffee infused, it was to die for. All in all, wonderful! Glad to support them and will be returning soon!

All I need to say is pepperoni pepperoni pepperoni! Some of the finest pie in the city, the house salad dressing is quite a treat as well. Very old school cozy environment perfect place to unwind with your partner or some friends.

The pizza here is sooo amazing. It's my fav place to go on Friday nights. Make sure you ask for KARA. She's the best server and always knows what to recommend. I'll be back again soon!

Ordered a pizza for take out and wow! It was really good. First time ordering from this place.
We got a medium pizza half pepperoni, half Hawaiian.
Both sides were delicious, crispy and so well prepared. The sauce on the pizza has that home made flavor that we loved.
Pizza isn't thick, so that's perfect. Ingredients were fresh and good quality.
Will definitely return and eat inside.
No pics were taken cause we got excited and ate it all lol.

Pizza is amazing. I've been going to this franchise quite a while since my daughter was three. Also there was a Domenico in Hawaiian Gardens. I will say the prices have gone up tremendously I get it. When you have to charge somebody $30 for a pitcher of beer that is gone too far. I can go to many pizza places and get a picture of premium beer still wouldn't be cost me $30. I won't be coming anytime soon I miss The Pizza though

It's fine.

There were 6 of us. Two said their meals were good, two okay and two were awful. Averages being what they are, that's basically "fine".

For starters we had weird, up and down service. (and no, it wasn't covid/understaffing) Drinks came lickety split. Coffee never came - till we bothered someone. Birthday Tiramisu came right out. Post-dinner table dishes/utensils and glassware did not get taken away. Ever. WEIRD!

They really push their CLASSIC DOMENICO'S SALAD but I don't know why. It's average with near flavorless dressing...nothin' to

My friend took me for the first time here. I was really excited to try something new since I've become a frequent visitor of Belmont Shore. They have indoor and outdoor seating available. As far as restrooms, there are only 2 rooms for 1 person each.

I had Gnocchi with their meatball addon which was really really delicious. It was also really filling. My friend had the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo which was also well made. The chicken was well cooked and it was moist all throughout. They have a separate wine menu and also have a full bar.

Lance spoke with us at the table and he was super

Visited restaurant for 1st time after recommended by Gondola Getaways for an anniversary dinner. The restaurant did not disappoint. Food and service were excellent. Plate portions are huge and can easily be shared. The bread that came with the picatta and lasagna dishes was super delicious. The tiramasu was delicious. The restaurant is quaint and cute. The manager payed a special visit to our table and introduced himself and gave us a little history of the restaurant. We will definitely be coming back.

This is, of course, a Belmont Shore classic! A cozy, red wine and marinara and pizza and warm booths Italian restaurant. My little one and I enjoyed a really fun meal here in 2019. The minestrone is strong and excellent. The chopped pepperoni pizza = an intense experience, but well worth it.

And the location is as charming as ever and hasn't bowed to some of the negative gentrification trends of Second Street.

The ground toppings are a good different thing to try on the pizza. It was a bit salty for me (but I'm also not a huge pepperoni eater).

The tiramisu was really good!!!!

Ambiance is nice (dark with the fake candle light)... I wasn't expecting this, but it's cool.

Our waiter Tyler...he was sooooooo nice and talkative (but not in the annoying way)...he was just helpful and gave good suggestions.

I really wanted to love Domenico's, but my experience fell short. My friend and I were looking for a nice sit down Italian restaurant in Long Beach. What better fit than the oldest one there is, right? Wrong!

Actually the ambiance was quite nice. We sat outside on the patio and got to people watch in the nice weather. The service was great too, I don't remember our servers name but she was very attentive and friendly!

But the food just was not up to par. The vegetarian lasagna was just so-so. Perhaps the meat one is better... the salad was pretty boring, and their house dressing just

I know Domenico's is an institution at this point, but our party's experience there wasn't all that great.

While I appreciate the friendly service, it took a long time for us to get our food. The pasta dishes we got were also incredibly greasy and heavy.

I'm willing to write this off as a bad night, but it didn't leave a great first impression.

Every time a family member mentions that we should spend a day in Long Beach I know they must be craving Italian food because when we make the trek to LB we always go to Domenico's.

Ever since finding this place years ago, we have enjoyed this family-friendly restaurant that has great pizza, bread, salads, calamari, tomato soup, etc. We especially like the Dolmenico's supreme pizza and the Dolmenico's special salad. The inside is dark and feels very hole-in-the-wall. We have always been seated at the same table except for today when we sat outside at their new outdoor patio they

Where to start. they have been here since 1954. This last year has been a trying time for everyone. There is now limited indoor seating. We sat outside. Very nice set up along second st.
Our server Kayle was great. The food is always top notch. Ww had the Bruschetta grilled cheese, Tomatoe bisque, walnut cranberry salad and gnocchi. It all tasted excellent.

And on a side not. COVID protocols are enforced here. Which is fine. Michael the manager and Kaylee both did great dealing with a very rude group. They handled it very professional.

I highly recommend.

Domenico's is Long Beach's oldest restaurant, and you can tell. If you want to feel a bit nostalgic, this certainly gives you those vibes. The inside is dated but they currently have a lot of seating out front as well. Staff was very professional, especially one younger guy who cleared our plates and boxed up our food. Prices are really high considering the food is pretty standard Italian food. We enjoyed it but weren't wowed by anything.

We started off with the Fried Calamari. The breading was tasty but the calamari itself was chewy. The good thing is we ordered the smaller size

Oh my!!!! How can I forgot how delicious is this place?!? When we got there, there were 2 people inside picking up orders, but didn't have to wait too long.

The gentleman taking the orders was very polite and nice (1/9/21 around 5:50 pm). Said the order would take around 10-15 minutes. Took a small stroll, it was a bit foggy outside, which made a nice little walk. Belmont was very deserted at the moment. My husband went right up front while I was getting distracted by being out , lol, the gentleman who took the order recognized him and brought it out to the sidewalk, instead of just yelling

Nice pizza location

The inside renovation is very vintage. The waiting area even has chess sets where you can play chess while waiting for a table

The portions are large, enough to feed a large group of folks. Pasta was also delicious and nicely cooked. Nice ingredients.

Service is nice, they were good about refilling water on a constant basis. Price was a little high, but it IS an upscale place.

Overall a nice pizza place!
