We tend to book orders 4-6 weeks beforehand, but can sometimes accommodate last minute requests. However, for larger events and weddings, it is absolutely recommended to book as soon as you can to ensure availability.
It all starts with using quality ingredients - and that's exactly what we do. Our cakes are made from scratch with real butter (no shortening), organic ingredients when available, unbleached flour, leaveners without aluminum, fresh fruits, and house-made fillings, frostings, and buttercream. We offer complimentary tasting consultations - so feel free to pick a few favorites for sampling!
Some of our dessert bar items can be wrapped as party favors for an additional wrapping fee. At Haute Cakes Pastry Shop, LLC, we take quality very seriously and we want everything to be absolutely perfect with your order. The following points collectively form our 'Client Agreement' that we apply to each and every order.
As you can tell from taking a peek at our Wedding Cake Gallery, we love making pretty cakes, but we are absolutely crazy about making cakes that taste AMAZING. After all, what's the point of cake if it is anything short of delicious? Our cakes are baked with freshest ingredients, never frozen, and finished with our house-made swiss meringue buttercream, frostings, ganaches, and other fillings.

What a great cake! Megan was given the nearly impossible task of making a birthday cake for my 10 year old twins. One wanted a space themed cake and the other wanted a Curious George cake. Megan made the stars align when she delivered the perfect combination of both in this cake. Thank you Haute Cakes!

My family and I ordered the halloween treat basket with all kinds of assortments (such as cookies, macaroons, donuts, popcorn, etc.) and everything was ABSOLUTELY amazing! Not one thing in the basket was bad!! Every single delight was so moist, delicious, and not too sweet or overbearing with sugar! The way she even decorated the sweets basket was festive and very detailed. They are very professional. We were VERY happy with our purchase, and we're definitely looking forward to purchasing more sweets in the future from here!!

Ordering from Haute Cakes Pastry was easy from start to finish. I was able to upload photos of the cake I wanted for my mother's 75th Birthday party and Megan did a great job working with me to make it really special. The cake was beautiful and delicious and my mother loved it! The price was really reasonable too. I will definitely order from them again.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Haute Cakes is. The cakes, cookies, cupcakes and macarons are all beautifully done and delicious!!! I have had several specialty cakes from Haute Cakes over the past few years and they have all been wonderfully designed, moist and delicious. My son and granddaughter love the sugar cookies so much my son wanted to have a standing order for a dozen each week. My granddaughters birthday cakes have been extra special and she now looks forward each year to what her cake will be. You cannot go wrong with anything Haute Cakes makes.

Haute Cakes went above and beyond making my 5 yr old's birthday cake, my son told me he had never had a "real" birthday cake before this cake. He was over the moon and announced "best birthday ever". The cake was delicious, reasonably priced and the bakery is extremely responsive. I would recommend Haute Cakes Pastry Shop to anyone looking for an amazing cake!

OMG! Most amazing cake ever. Megan is a baker and artist in one. One by one everyone who came to the party went for their phone to take pictures. The other comment from everyone was the the cake was the best in class and the most delicious. Haute cakes- you bet. If your looking for the best service, amazing decoration, moist and delicious, prompt delivery via Bianna, and customer service like days of old make this your go to bakery!!!!
