I have worked with the big tax professional companies before and in my experience, I always had to constantly reach out to them to answer a single question and also go over my return with a fine-toothed comb to make sure they didn't screw anything up.

As dreadful as doing taxes is, Victoria is amazing at making a daunting task to a simple chore of gathering a few items and handling it all to her to do all the due diligence and basically all the dirty work ;)
She is extremely organized and offers quick templates to get all your info she needs and a checklist of forms, etc she'll require from you. She is honest and very thorough.
