Went here for four years for my taxes. Very nice people. Unfortunately, I have to give two stars because each year the price went up a lot for the same service. We would drop our taxes off, wait about a week, and get called when done. The first year we were charged $119.00. The next year it went up to $175 for the same taxes. By the last year, we were being charged $275 for the same service. Only one time did we ever meet with them in person. Did my own taxes on TurboTax this year for less than a $100. Also, got a bigger refund. I understand that prices change from year to year due to inflation

Just dropped off information for my Mom's tax returns while she is in FL. What an experience! They could not find her in their files OR on a computer search. They were able to find my stepfather which took them to my mom. Shouldn't you know ALL your clients not just the men?! It's 2019 for goodness sake!

Mark Jr. is the best accountant I have ever worked with. He is extremely knowledgable, efficient, and thorough. My taxes are fairly complex as I have multiple deductions and work out of my home. He takes the time to offer me the best advice on how to proceed in order to get the most out of my return. Would absolutely recommend them!

We contacted Nelson Tax Accounting after our 2015 taxes got audited recently. Mark Jr. responded to my request through Yelp right away. We went in for an appointment, showed him the letter from the IRS, and he took care of everything from there. He had all the necessary paperwork done in 3 days. All we had to do was sign where he indicated and mail in the forms. Couldn't have been less painless and the rate was very reasonable. I highly recommend Nelson Tax Accounting.

Even when I moved my company across the country I've kept them as my accountants for all of my business and personal needs.
When we talk about a family owned and operated business there's no better definition then Nelson tax accounting. Mark Senior has been in the saddle of this company for as long as I can remember (20+ years) his son, Mark Jr. has been an instrumental addition to the team now for what seems like 15 years.

These guys are the best! Never too busy to answer your questions. We work with Mark Jr and he is a very knowledgable guy who can guide you through Quickbooks, Payroll, etc. Very honest, trustworthy, and reliable. We are based in Oregon and have had no issues working with them.
Mark Jr usually answers his emails within 20 mins, returns your calls within an hour and always has an answer. I'm wanting him to personally do my family's taxes this year as well..

Great, straightforward, honest, reliable accountants. what more could you want? Father / Son team Mark Sr. and Mark Jr. are excellent at what they do. We use them for our personal annual taxes and our business taxes and payroll services. Been with their company since 2004 and have no plans to ever change. Home run.
