Here...on the Fondulac location, you'll have old leatherfaced-motorcycle chain smokers who don't know how to do taxes at all. They lose you important documentation, they conduct personal business while you literally wait in their office, they ask you questions that are not relevant to your tax outcome and they have the memory of an Alzheimer patient at best! Dodge this bullet at all cost!
