The staff were all very polite and helpful. I had a nice conversation with the bartender in the VLounge. (My apologies I forgot his name) He made excellent lavender lemonade though!! My only suggestion would be to add few more food selections. I had the Margherita Flatbread and it was very tasty. Just wish I could have had some wings with it. I know my daughter was craving fries. Other than that the lounge experience was very pleasant.

I will rate it 5 for updated modern decor and overall appearance. 5 also for the Simmons Beauty Rest Recharge Mattress! I will be purchasing that bed for home, loved it ❤ for other matters not really that important to complain about a lower score. For the location and price we had a enjoyable stay. Overall rating a 4 because I'm not going to mention petty little things. It was nice to get-away and relax and tour Santa Barbara County. The Staff was friendly and I would stay here again!

I brought my 3 kids here for 2 nights. We were informed that there would be no housekeeping during our stay, but if I needed anything I could call or text the front desk. I texted them on our second day to inform them that we had an ant problem and one of the beds needed to be changed because my kids kept finding ants in it. The bedding was changed while we were out, as requested. When we checked out the next morning, I informed the front desk that we continued too have an ant problem in that one bed and on the night stand. They documented my concern but I was not offered a discount or anything

A very good stay! The room and hotel was super clean, very chill and respectful staff. The lobby was adorable and the room was a lot more fancy than I expected. The pool was very oversold but fun, the hot tub was broken when we went but it was so hot we did not even consider using it. Super close to downtown, 2 minutes walk. Very great hotel! I would stay again.

Staff went above and beyond to be friendly and accommodating! We had a little AC issue which I mentioned at check out, so they could be aware and get it repaired. They made an adjustment to my bill which was totally unexpected, but appreciated. Beds were comfy. Enjoyed the pool, covered parking, and view.
