We depend on Keith to drive us to the SF Airport for all of our trips. Well worth the convenience and not hassling the driving and then parking before you run the "airport gauntlet".
Communication is excellent, he will text the day before and of if your flight changes. He also will look to see if your flight returning is late and retool his pickup for you. We have used him for 3 years and will continue to use his service. He knows every shortcut and sideroad to be sure you make the flight!!

We used Charity cabs for OAK airport drop off and pick up. Our flight was early in the morning and Keith showed up at 5:30 AM as scheduled. Keith is knowledgeable about the side roads and helped us reach the airport in time in spite of bad traffic on 580. The vehicle was clean and well maintained. We will use his services again.

Keith is reliable, honest, on time and an excellent driver. A few years ago, my husband left our camera in his van. We called, Keith held it until our return a week later and handed it us when we returned. I also feel safe traveling with him. He reads the traffic well and is always aware of any last minute road problems. His price is more than fair and his charge is much less than others. He donates to charity, hence the name Charity Cab. Keith is the ONLY transportation I will call because I know he will be there, even if the airlines cancel flights and mess things up. I can always count on

safety is first and foremost, the company gives back to charity he has a really cute dog Olyvea and is very helpful, always replies and responds quickly, he will help with any request you’re looking for, and will do whatever he can to accommodate your transportation needs really big van plenty of room for people and luggage, reasonable prices highly recommend!!!!!

Having used Charity Cab for rides to/from the airport a couple of times, I've referred family members and they also had very positive experiences. In addition to airport trips, I also used Charity Cab for a ride to/from the Warriors game with some family members. Keith is always where he says he's going to be, when he says he's going to be there. Next time you need a punctual, professional driver, call Charity Cab. You will not be disappointed.

Keith is the best! Trustworthy and on time. I used him for years when traveling, and I never had to worry about him not showing up or being late for an airport pick up or drop off. If you live in the Tri-Valley area, Charity Cab is THE transportation service to rely on. Unfortunately I had to relocate for work, and I have not been able to find any service that is even somewhat comparable to what Keith provides.

I would recommend Charity Cab to everyone. Keith my driver was very nice and friendly. He text me as soon as my plane landed to let me know he was there and where to find him. Keith was also very prompt to pick me up and take me back to the airport at the end of my trip. He is a very compitant driver, even in heavy traffic. The cab, which was a mini van, was very clean and comfortable. Loved his copilot Olivia, his 8mn old Husky, she made the ride even more pleasant.

Needed a ride home from SFO after vacation. Knew we were going to arrive at 1 am and didn't want to hassle driving home.
Booked a ride with Keith at Charity Cab. Booking process was very easy and I got a confirmation quickly.
The day of our arrival, and our airline pilot gets us to the destination 1hr ahead of schedule.. Wow! So now we think we're going to have to wait around for our reservation pick up time.. NOPE, Keith had been monitoring our status and was waiting for us.. We connect with him outside of baggage claim and were whisked away to our home in the East Bay

Needed a ride to the airport after the National Weather Service cried wolf about some atmospheric river. We usually take bart, but it was late and I had my kids with me. I needed a minivan so i found these guys on Yelp.
I sent the owner a text and he got back to me quick with a reasonable quote. As of this writing $55 from Trivalley to OAK.
Our driver was prompt and got us right in front our door. Heavy traffic on 580 forced him to try a detour. I forgot his name, but our driver was friendly, but didnt talk so much that your ears hurt.
