I was undecided on purchasing a BMW or KTM Adventure Bike after riding them both. The dealership experience sold me on the KTM. These guys treat me like family every time I walk through the door. I just purchased my second bike at Letko. They never disappoint. I can not say enough about how great they are to work with. Genuine people running this place. Six stars.

All I wanted was a license plate ring. I completely understand the shipping and lack of product. I spoke to two people, the 2nd of which claimed to be the store manager. I was at store 3 months ago, was there to order or buy a 1290 adventureR.. Sales was only interested in dumping inventory. I was there to order what I wanted. BS. That day I was there was obviously, 3 months ago. Short staff couldn't handle walk ins....potential buyers, to man phone for services and parts. How about you man phones for potential buyers that pay your rent? I will definitely pass this on to my fellow KTM owners

Had a little mishap today while doing some routine pre race checks. The bolt for the kick starter snapped off in the kickstarter shaft on my son's bike. With no tools to extract the bolt out I called The one and only Jimmy T at Letko Cycles at 2:30 on a Saturday and told him I had an emergency. Told him the problem and he told me to get the bike to him ASAP. Letko Cycles here we come. After about 30 min or so Jimmy and Scott Spears got that thing out of there. The relief my son had when Jimmy handed me the other half of the broken bolt was huge knowing the race was on! This is why I have

Picked up my KTM 2011 complete rebuild was given an estimated quote back in June during covid and was told it probably won't be done till August here we are July 16th and picking it up early and was cheaper than the quote given that rarely happens what a great honest crew. Highly recommend Letko Cycle

Friendly enough desk workers. Found the parts and told me to call back if they don't get to me by the delivery date. That's better than other bikes shops I've been to.(Update: they got my parts in quickly and even installed the seat for me for free. Good on ya ! Even though I think the counter guy just wanted to get away from the desk for a few moments 😉)

I bought a Zero SR from here and these are the nicest guys ever! I test drove two different motorcycles and they answered all my questions about range, charging, maintenance, and accessories to make sure it was right for me. The actual purchase was super easy too and before I knew it I was riding it off the lot into the sunset.
(Actually away from the sunset, since I live in MO which is east of KS but doesn't that sound a lot more romantic?) Anyway I definitely recommend this place.

Went in and stood next to a bike for a good 10-15 minutes without anyone ever coming over to ask if we needed anything, nobody else in the store. Several employees at the front desk talking to the blond gal who I think also works there. I guess that's more interesting than making a sale, when you're the only KTM dealer in the area. Finally get someone to talk to us, ask for a test drive, then the guy starts helping another customer on his way to/from getting some form to fill out, and we have to wait for him to finish, instead of one of the other guys helping them. Guys seemed nice
