Our party bus rentals hold up to 14 people, and are perfect for birthdays, bachelor & bachelorette parties, wedding parties, corporate events, or any other reason you can think of. We've taken countless groups of families, friends, and colleagues out for great times. We offer concert shuttles by the individual seat to your favorite concert venues, winery, brewery, and distillery tours by the seat or by the bus.

Services
Want to plan your own night out? That's fine with us! We offer our party bus rental by the hour (four hour minimum) for a night out on the town. Our party bus rental has limo-style seating for up to 14 people to carry you anywhere you want to go. We can take you to concerts, tailgating at sporting events, or to the area casinos in style.
Tickets are $40.00 per seat so you can ride in comfort and style on one of our party buses up to Ruoff/Klipsch Music Center! You'll be dropped off near Door 3 in the bus lot, picked up when the show is over, and dropped off again at your pickup point. You can pre-party on or off the bus if you like before you go in, too!
We offer our buses for private and public by-the-seat rentals. With the private rentals, we pick you up wherever you'd like and take you wherever you'd like to go, and the bus is yours exclusively. For the public tours, you'll get a seat on the bus to go on a tour we have designed on our own. We'll pick you up in a designated place and time and have a designated route, then you'll be brought back to your pick up spot.

10/10 would book again IF & WHEN we needed a bus for another company event. Carlos, our driver was fun & hung out with our crew at a brewery where he watched us play a drinking game. From booking and talking to someone to answering my questions, they did a great job listening and executing the plan to make it a memorable one.
-Asked the party to jazz it up with decorations; it was covered and festive for the holidays

Very professional. Easy setup of details. TS did all they could to accommodate our requests and if something was as not available they had a compromise. The day of they were punctual. Tim, our driver, was polite and fun. He did everything he could to make the day amazing. Even allowed us to leave our first winery early so we could have more time at the 2nd. Called ahead and let the winery know we were on way. Highly recommend!

I planed a Woman’s Wine 🍷 Tour for 12 of us. The bus arrived on time, Rob was our driver. He explained the the bus was new (you could smell it as well) and he made sure we were able to play music, have bottled water and just a great time! I would definitely recommend this service! We were able to sit back, enjoy the service with music and friends and most of all not worry about having to drive! Thanks Rob and company! See ya soon!!!

BEST decision you'll make if you go to a concert at Ruoff!!! I've used them quite a few times now and can't recommend them enough. Enjoy making new friends while safely riding in luxury to and from your event. The drivers are friendly, prepared and professional while being relatable and fun. You will not go wrong with Top Shelf Tours!!!

We hired Top Shelf Tours for a private winery tour. We were celebrating two birthdays. Nancy, our driver, arrived early and was AWESOME! She fit right in with our group! We took the tour up north and it was everything we expected and more. We will definitely do this again!! Thank you Nancy!! Favorite stop was Urban Vines Winery! The bus holds up to 14 guests, but with a cooler and room to still move around I suggest you keep your group to 12. We had 11 and it was perfect!

We came from the Western suburbs of Chicago to attend the Jimmy Buffet Concert right outside Indianapolis. Top Shelf Tours picked us up on their Part Bus only 1 block from our hotel - perfect! We were greeted by the nicest guy with the most welcoming smile - Johnny Joy Ride!
**My husband and I were the old people on the bus (late 40's) with twelve other concert goers in their 20's who were all together...and he made it fun for us all.
