QFS Of Lakeville

If I could give less than 1 star I would. When my family and I moved out we never had a final walk through because the original property manager was out with an injury and the lady who was covering had a meeting at corporate, so I was checked out by the maintenance guy. He stated that they were replacing the carpet when I went to turn in the keys, but how would he already know that the carpet needed to be replaced if I had just turned in my keys and we hadn't done a walk through? Then I get a bill for new carpet for $1203 for new carpet, which is ridiculous, that carpet was not new when we moved

It has honestly been a pleasant experience living here. I cannot speak for other residents, but we have had very little issues in the 4 years that we've been here. The apartments are nice and quiet. The only issue that I wish would be taken more seriously is the non-smoking policy. Since the weather is nicer I love having my windows open, but I'm forced to close them because of people smoking on their balconies. Other than that it's been nice!

I lived there for 3.5 years, having only recently moved downtown. In my time there, I found the place to be clean, quiet, and the staff to be extremely courteous and responsive. The fitness center could use an equipment update, but other than that, I have no complaints. The newest property manager, Deborah, is fantastic. Given the proximity to I35, and tons of shopping and dining options, I still think it is a tremendous value and worth checking out.

We've been living here for a year now.
We have had a good experience here at Lakeville Woods.
Whenever we have had a special maintenence request or property concern, it's been dealt with promptly.
Property management is easy to work with and quick to respond to emails.
Whenever there is scheduled maintenance, management is very diligent to give adequete notice, usually many weeks in advance.
There are some negative reviews here, some from people that have never even lived here, but take into account the many residents that don't leave a review that I know have had a positive experience.

Freaking hilarious as they reply to the google review but not emails sent directly to front office. This place is a joke.

I’ve lived at Lakeville woods for several months now, and I can say that management treated me with respect during the whole process. Maintenance response is fast and quick to resolve any issues I have.
Just recently Debora the property manager through a community social and it was a lot of fun. She listened and engaged everyone and was the last to leave. Highly impressed

Horrible service from Coral. Sge forcing me to be out on a suSundat noon. She didn't force my monies back from a whole day. Lying bout she got someone moving in. Celia was much better than this. Calling my job asking me bout the move. Witch I am at work. Call the aDa and elevator always down. It's not worth the money. Horrible management Coral and racist

Tried applying here and we were on a tight deadline. We should have chosen SouthFork Townhomes instead. This place's application process is wack beyond belief. Huge fee's and their online application process didn't even work right.
It's been over a month and I still haven't seen or received a check back from them for the application process. I have a suspicion they're keeping my money because of this bad review.

The Lakeville Woods building and facilities are great. Overpriced for certain but you know that going into it. We were there for 7 months.
It took 6 weeks to do 2 maintenance jobs despite 3 work orders being submitted. The maintenance man was very nice until they let him go (or he left) during those 6 weeks.
Stonebridge Communities should really consider who they put in as property manager. She was petty and unpleasant when she found out we weren't staying with them longer. We actually did try to lengthen our stay but we caught her in a lie about the lease. No apologies when she was caught. Pity
