Before you sign the lease they don't tell you about the week you have to stay at home with your dog because they wanna come n check fire alarms. Its like 8 days from 9am-4pm so u just have to not work that week and hope they don't come on the last day. How do you expect someone to take a whole week of without notice. Trasssssh

Would strongly recommend looking somewhere else. Worst maintenance I've ever dealt with. It took 2 months to fix my washing machine that didn't even work when I moved in, 1 month to fix my dryer. 2 months to fix my mailbox that wouldn't close, which led to my mail being taken. There was mold in the shower that had just been painted over. On top of that expect random charges, fees, and price increases.

The apartments are older, and the management staff leaves a bit to be desired. But the Maintenance staff are outstanding at what they do. Excellent customer service, fast response times, and they try to be as clean as possible when they have to do their work. Bao is the maintenance manager at time of writing and he is hands down the best maintenance manager I've had while living at this complex (about 4 or 5 years).

Do not move here, I lived here for 1 year and within that year we had a leaky sink, mold in our shower, paper thin walls, no security for vehicles not parked in the garage( my car was broken into) and no communication of when plowing happens, HORRIBLE management staff. We had been trying to speak with the property manager for 3 weeks only to be told every time we called the office or went in that she was out of the office. Very unprofessional and doesn’t care about their residents at all. Not to mention we had numerous hidden fees and multiple times where management came into our unit unannounced
