My good friend resides at The Woods of Burnsville. I was there a few weeks and was greeted at the front door by my friend/tenant and a dead mouse on Woods of Burnsville mat! Also seen another dead mouse on top of a massive pile of trash (what’s with people getting the trash all the way to the trash shoot but not putting it in the trash? I think management and or maintenance need to step up at this point. That’s their job!) Initially I was so focused on the mouse that I didn’t notice all the cockroaches crawling on the surrounding walls! Not sure what happened in the last 5 years here? The

Definitely would NOT recommend moving here! I moved into these apartments in March and literally every month there has been a issue, from things in my apartment being broken and maintenance only fixing it temporarily instead of fixing it the correct way. Upstairs neighbors being so loud and jumping so much, that my light fixtures being broken and the glass cutting my 2 year old on the foot. Asked management to have my garage stall cleaned out because I can’t park my car because previous tenants had tires and boxes stored on the floor; instead of just moving the things, maintenance broke my lock

I have lived at the woods for my years now. The manager Tyler is great! The office takes care of any issues brought to their attention. Jada and mo are very friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is very efficient. I just signed another years lease and plan on being year for many more years to come!

Nasty place, would definitely not recommend living here. This is the best I’ve seen it look since I have been here seeing family. Also they have a contract to tow cars with Elite Towing of MN which is fine but they will tow your car even if you have a plaque in your windshield. Make sure to lock your car because your car will be towed as well as pictures without the plaque inside because they must be taking them from cars. Overall I would not recommend and would not be surprised if they end up in civil court getting sued my multiple tenants.

An terrible place to live, moved in about 3 months ago and love the size of the 1 bedroom apartment. It's the right price for the perfect size, however it's not very clean, the elevator always smells like urine, and the neighbors upstairs are always screaming at their kids and I can hear the kids crying and screaming. There's also a very loud obnoxious dog upstairs that's always barking. Recently the towing company towed my brother in laws car and broke in, stole his parking pass and damaged his brake pad. We can't wait until our lease is up.

Hey there everybody, as a new tenant at the Woods of Burnsville, I have been very satisfied with how my move in process has been handled. The office management and maintenance crew have been very professional and eager to help with anything needed. They are always available and have made this a smooth move in transition for me. This is a safe, quiet, and friendly community in Dakota county, where the residents look out for one another. I want to personally thank Miss Jada, Miss Ishonda, Mr Jacob and Mr Tyler for allowing me to be a part of this beautiful community.

The staff here at the Woods are amazing. Mo has been amazing from the moment I walked into that leasing office. He showed me around, he was welcoming, he’s joy to be around and really knew his stuff. Taylor was great and always says hi was smile. Jada is nice and sweet. I just extended my lease mainly cuz of the great staff here at the Woods led by Mo. Keep up the great work!!!
