My roommate and I just moved in about a month and a half ago, so far our stay has been great. The dog park is great and our dogs love it. It usually not busy at all, though I wish people would pick up after their dogs in there. The gym is nice, the outdoor grilling area was nice and easy to use and stays pretty clean. The management and maintenance team is very helpful and and are amazing when they come out and help pretty quickly when requests are put in. The apartment building itself is pretty quiet during the week and we hardly ever run into our neighbors, usually the noise isn't bad at all

Tried to go after my credit score. Saying we left 372$ in damage when we paid rent in full and thoroughly cleaned our apartment before we moved out. Rented a carpet cleaner and made sure the place was spotless before we left. SHAME ON YOU
AC Units make an obnoxious tapping noise when it rains making it impossible to sleep (notice the coverings on many of the ac units)
Police were at our complex every week. There's a noticeable amount of other renters who have cognitive disabilities, resulting in incoherent screaming and yelling at random hours of the day and banging on the walls.

Honestly, place would be decent for the price, but the towing company is god awful. They will find any reason at all to tow yours and your loved ones and neighbors cars. It's not even about the parking spaces anymore this company is deliberately stealing from us low income people every single day. My suggestion is if you even own a car, stay away from the apex until they switch to a different company than Elite Towing for their parking needs.

My experience living at the apex so far has not been the greatest. I feel like I am being way overcharged for what I have considering I don’t feel safe in my apartment, my neighbors are extremely loud, none of the units have in unit laundry and I’m always in fear my car will get towed. There is constantly crime and street races in the area, there is always police around responding to calls. My neighbors always have their music playing at full volume and nothing gets done about it. Elite towing works for the apex and will do anything to take your money to the point where it’s not even fair

The Apex would probably have to be the best all around apartment complex in this area. We moved here 4 month ago and I’m really glad we did. The units are very nice bright and modern, they also being remodeled. The building if very clean and well maintained . Management and staff is great too. Abby who moved us here is very friendly and professional.

Avoid living here at all costs. Absolutely terrible management. There is no where to park (yes you read that right, no where to park for people who PAY to live there), the office people are useless. I've been waiting for a call back for about a week now regarding an additional $300 charge for a "month to month fee" when we were told due to our extenuating circumstances and covid-19 that it would be $50 fee for the remainder of our 60 day notice. Our rent was to be prorated for July due to us moving out the July 19th and they are still charging us a full month rent. Been trying to

Don't rent, very rude service, they will never replace appliances even if it makes noise and not working properly, and don't even deal with the manager Ashley she will never help with anything. and she can shot at you easily if you ask to pick your package from the office above all of it they overcharge you by the end of the lease for anything and everything,This is the worst place ever you can live in. DO NOT RENT

I moved here back in January. It is a fairly quiet place and the amenities are nice. The rent changes only because some of the utilities are broken down by unit, sq ft, number of people. The office staff is very receptive to any concerns. I looked for apartments for a few months and it is more than comparable with other places that offer less

I am so unhappy with this place . Rent is not consistent and changes every month with no itemize invoice . They charge you for everything heat, water , sewage and electric . The washing machines do not fully wash your clothes and often breakdown . The walls in the hallway are dirty . The carpet smells . The outside is better maintained than the inside . Poor communication between the staff and everyone tells you a different response . I was told they only accept mail packages as a convenience . Office hours are constantly changed and they do not communicate in advance that hours are changing
