You won't find any cars on our beaches, it's authentic Old Time Florida Fun. The island beaches stretch seven miles and are pristine! We invite you to do your best to keep them as clean as possible. We are excited to be renting from Nancy again in 2019 for the 4th time in the last 5 years. We rented Sirenia Cove the first 2 years and due to our growing extended family we rented Sirenia by the Sea this past November to have more space. We had 6 adults and 6 kids (ages 1-7) and absolutely loved the layout of the house, the awesome pool/backyard and the close proximity to the beach.
Both of the properties are beautifully maintained and Nancy is the best- very responsive and helpful!
Our family has fallen in love with AMI and look forward to it each year!

We made some great memories at Sirenia Cove this week! It was a perfect fit for our family and had all the amenities we needed (and more!). The pool was great, especially because it was shaded in the afternoon and kept the kids out of the sun. We could also walk to our favorite beaches, shops and ice cream shops. We've stayed in AMI a few times and this was our favorite place!

From day one we had a great feeling about this property. The owners communication from our first contact was exceptional and speedy. Emails containing any and all information that you could think of. Everything is spot on and just like in the pictures. Location is amazing as you can quickly walk to the Gulf or Tampa Bay and walk the beaches. We tried to get out daily and explore a little but honestly the way this place is laid out just made us want to stay put and enjoy a truly relaxing vacation. Privacy is another thing that you might wonder about since places are pretty close on the island but

Our second time staying at Sirenia by the Sea, and it was even better than the first. The property itself is in excellent condition, and the owners and management team are very responsive. We had some little issues pop up, and an email to Nancy or Terri and they were taken care of the same day.
The inside was all completely repainted and it looks fabulous! Great color scheme for a tropical paradise. The location is great; 1-1/2 blocks to the ocean, a few minutes by golf cart to both Publix and the Anna Maria General Store.
A new activity we tried this time was kayaking. A canal runs the back

We loved our stay on Anna Maria! Our family of 5 loved the island and the house. The house was supplied with everything you could possibly need during your stay! Seriously, the owners thought of everything! The owners were super nice work with and responded to my questions very quickly. I can not say enough good things about our stay! The kids loved the pool, hot tub, ping pong table and the bunk beds..... oh and having TVs in their rooms!! The boys even went fishing off of the pier, which was a highlight for one of our boys. One morning while looking for sand dollars we saw 3 dolphins playing

Sirenia Cove and Anna Maria Island is a well kept secret. We spent a week there and felt we were in paradise. The house was very spacious and well decorated for convenience and comfort. I loved cooking in the well stocked kitchen - lots of good pots, pans and serving dishes to please anyone. The proximity to the beaches was perfect; walking either way got you to a first rate beach, and if it was too hot to walk the pool in the back yard next to the inland waterway was very inviting! The restaurants nearby offer many options, but I'd highly recommend The Waterfront, IF you not going to stay home

THE BEST EVER -having travelled for the past 40 years we have now found the house for the ultimate vacation, there was nothing lacking for our needs. our family of 10 plus an infant enjoyed every minute of our holiday. the SIRENIA COVE is walking distance to the beach, restaurants,cafes, ice cream store and famous donut outlet. the grand kids were in the pool from morning till dark and on our final day they took a vote and declared our holiday was THE BEST EVER.we have booked another holiday with two other couples for 2017. A big cheer for Terri and Nancy who provided us with this gem. thanks from

This beautiful home has absolutely everything a family would need for a beach vacation. Every convenience is well thought out and the host is always readily available. We had a few questions/requests during our stay and these were addressed immediately and with pleasure.
The home is gorgeous, with many new and fresh accents to keep it modern (pictures/video accurately reflect the state of the home).
Location is also ideal: short walk to inlet, gulf and shops/restaurants. It is also situated on a cul-de-sac which means very little foot or car traffic. So it is tucked away quietly
