Services
My role as a physician is to provide my patients with tools for them to better help themselves. Through preventative medicine and education, I believe patients are empowered to live healthier lives. Dr. Tim Paschalis moved to Texas from Germany at the age of 16. He attended Baylor University for his undergraduate studies and earned his Medical Doctorate and completed his residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center.
Authorization for Release of Medical Information (PDF) - Allows patients to authorize the disclosure of their health information to a designated individual, company, agency, or facility. Authorization and Consent for Treatment (PDF) - All patients must provide their consent for treatment, communications (calls, emails, and text messaging), and agreement of financial responsibility.
Clinical research is the way in which we get new therapies, devices and medications to the general public. Clinical trials test the safety and effectiveness of the medicines and devices that are being developed. Companies developing the medicines and devices are known as biotech and pharmaceutical companies.
Note: You should always check with your Privia Medical Group provider to verify plan and product coverage as this is not an exhaustive list, and plans change frequently. We encourage patients to keep a credit card on file to make the checkout process easier, faster, and more efficient.

The hours do not reflect correct open times. They are closed for lunch during 12-1. So now I sit here and wait because I did check Google and PGWs site for hours and nothing says they are closed during lunch.
They obviously do not read what they are signing as the paperwork for a family member with dementia who can't recall anything after 30 seconds according to them is completely capable of caring for himself and managing all of his own meds. And you wonder why people's meds and health get all screwed up.

First of all, I almost hate to share that I’ve been going here for several years. I’m afraid they will get too busy to see me. Every dr. Is excellent. Dr. Paschalis is my primary but I have never felt I didn’t get their undivided attention. Actually, I have a few friends that drive in from other cities for them who had given up ever feeling a dr. That would help. They have never let me down.

LOVE the doctors AND the nurses. The OFFICE STAFF is cold, and slow. They forgot about checking me in for 10 min and checked sever other people in ahead of me that arrived after me. The lady that draws blood is SLOW. She hurts and bruises me every time. Currently waiting over 30 min for a blood draw. I am number 35. The first number that was called when I started waiting was number 30. That person was skipped and they went to number 31. This used to be a great office.

My doctor, Jennifer Fitzgerald, recently moved to this office and I called today, September 30th to make an appointment with her. The lady that I spoke to with the appointments was very rude and told me that I would have to get established with the doctor above her in order to see Dr. Fitzgerald. One, I would prefer a women doctor and the doctor I would have to see is a man. Two, I have been seeing her for 6 years now and they would not even make the exception. Three, I would have to make 2 appointments one with him and one with her so I could actually talk about my situation since she is familiar
