It has been a privilege to have been a patient at First Primary Care for over 3 years. I first started using First Primary Care during a period where I did not have good insurance. The quality of their service, the care, and the affordability were unmatched. Even after I had great insurance again, I continued using them because of the relationships I had formed with the doctors and team there. I can't even begin to stress enough that Dr. Cassandra Wertz and First Primary Care are unlike any other medical practice I have ever visited in my life. From the moment that we first connected on a 15 minute phone call to the first in person appointment, in which Dr. Wertz spent an hour with me, I thought, "If only all medical practices would be like this." She is naturally caring, thoughtful, and truly on top of her game. She discussed ever concern I had, and answered each of them. I am able to text her through an App, and she responds very quickly. First Primary Care has been the most efficient and affordable health care provider I have dealt with. I previously had to wrangle dates and times out of my last provider, along with taking time off of work and school just to be seen. Dr. Goyal has streamlined getting medical care and shifted the focus towards the patients. I could not be happier with them!

Excellent care and service, and affordable lab work. After my long time primary care physician retired, I had a hard time finding one that really seemed to be interested in my overall care, me as a person, and made the time to stay familiar with their patients. I feel like I get that with First Primary Care. Dr Vo is very thorough, quick to respond when I have questions or need care, and Is great about following up to check on her patients. I’ve been to the office twice already and I really enjoy the staff snd the doctor. The ladies in the front desk are so friendly and helpful. I initially met one of the staff members last year when I was diagnosed with Covid. I took my son with me. When the assistant tried to put the nasal swab in my nose it was impossible so I asked if I could do it. I had tears streaming down my face and had a difficult time doing it because my son and I and also the assistant were laughing so hard. It really made a difficult situation very amusing. My son and I still laugh about this testing. I’m grateful

I've legitimately saved thousands of dollars on routine medical costs like office visits, x-rays, bloodwork, physicals, women's care and more.
Here's an example: I once paid $3,000 for a CT scan (I had what I thought was a pretty good health insurance policy at the time but my deductible was...you guessed it...$3,000). With First Primary, that same CT scan would cost me only $250.

Wow! This approach has completely changed my perception of what a relationship with your Doctor should be. I have been a member for several years, and cannot believe how good this is. No waiting room - ever. That alone has returned hours of my life back to me. The attention and care is also life changing. I have a personal relationship with my Dr., and they actually know my entire health record. Decisions are carefully thought out. Pricing options often beat insurance. No hassles. Answers are available anytime. This is the way all human beings should be treated by the healthcare profession.

First Primary Care as been such a blessing. Super affordable and amazing care all in one place and close to home. All of the staff I have met have been super sweet and outstanding. Dr. Wertz is an outstanding doctor, she takes the time to really listen to what is going on and offers many different approaches! This is the first time I actually feel comfortable talking with a doctor and it is a breathe of fresh air to find a physician who is not only funny but truly cares about her patients.

I can't say enough good about First Primary Care. For a tiny monthly fee I have access to unlimited consultations with no co-pay, attentive and truly concerned doctors who are super quick to respond (always same day!) when I message them using the Spruce app. I can video chat with them when necessary and only have to go in to the office when they aren't able to diagnose or treat without a visit which is very rare. Dr Goyal is very patient and never rushed, sends me copies of xrays/tests etc. within the secure Spruce app, and explains results in detail. Referrals to specialists are no problem when
