Steroid injections are commonly prescribed to treat cervical, thoracic, lumbar pain, and nerve pain from injured discs. An epidural steroid injection (ESI) is the proven, effective, nonsurgical treatment for radiculopathy, a pain radiating down the arms or legs. This type of pain is generally caused by irritation to the nerve root from a disc herniation, rupture, budging, or degeneration.
Facet joints are an integral part of your spine, providing stability and guiding movement. When facet joints degenerate over time, whether from age, a medical condition, or trauma, the cartilage between the joints become thin or wear out completely. Once the joints reach this condition, it causes painful bone-on-bone contact of your vertebrae.
Pain in the neck, back, arms or legs may be due to inflation or pressure upon the major nerve roots. These nerve roots exit trough small holes in the side of the spine which can be visualized under x-ray. Nerve root injections are an efficient and effective way to treat this type of pain. A nerve root injection is performed in the operating room under x ray.

They set up a payment plan that we recently notive they are skimming from. While charging her bank account 5.00 per month (She is on a very low fixed income) they are only deducting
