Call me crazy but I actually look forward to visiting the dentist so that my teeth look and feel their best. The staff at McNeely Dentistry are not only friendly but I find the hygienists to be especially willing to share helpful information about how to care for my teeth (Angie 😉). Nice to lie back for a few minutes and watch a little HGTV while my teeth are being cared for too.

Dr. Mallett knows what he is doing. I trust him as a dentist and I never feel he is trying to rip me off. Even though I moved to the other side of town I still travel here to have him work on my teeth. He has the best bedside manners and does an A+ job on my teeth. His assistants/hygienists are wonderful too.

Wowww! I’ve never experienced the level of professionalism and welcoming atmosphere when it pertains to a dentist office. Everything went smooth, everyone I came in contact with, were very personable, respectful and polite. I haven’t been to a dentist in a little over 4 years due to past trauma with a previous practice, but this facility has really put all of my fears and anxiety at ease. I’m actually looking forward to my next visit for treatment and cleaning. Thank you all so much for giving me a new dental home. So grateful 🙏🏽♥️

I’ve been visiting McNeely Family Dentistry for a few years now and have always been pleased with my care. But today was even better then expected because I had a scheduling error (on my part) and they were able to get me in and out for my cleaning so quickly that I was able to get to my next appointment on time. After two negative experiences with other dental practices, I made an appointment as a new patient here because my husband had a good experience.
My hygienist was “Erin”; she was excellent; very kind, communicative and accommodating. They told me of a new issue that needed a referral; an issue I wasn’t aware of but concerned that it doesn’t worsen. I’ll be back!
I appreciate this team’s efficiency, clear communication and caring attitudes. I strongly recommend this dental practice.

Dr. Hassin and all the staff at McNeely Family dentistry are very pleasant to work with! From check in to check out, everyone there is very nice and welcoming.
I really appreciate the numbing protocol used for procedures, it made it painless! Th numbing gel before the injection took all my stress away about it.
They take the extra step to apply lip moisturizer while working on you so you don't get chapped lips. I highly recommend using McNeely Family Dentistry for your dental care.

I last visited the office because unfortunately I needed a filling. The staff was upbeat, courteous, and professional as per usual.
As an adult, needles still make me anxious but Dr. Mallette, who likely performs dozens of these procedures weekly, was reassuringly calm, patient and efficient. Routine procedure right, no follow-ups necessary right? So imagine my surprise when I received a call the next day asking how I was faring? Kicked my impression of the practice up another notch and solidified them as one of the best in Harrisburg!

I can't rave enough about the staff AND Dr McNeely. I've had such a fantastic experience! I had some major dental work done, and was pretty nervous about the pain. I can say when I've had the same procedure done elsewhere I did experience some pain afterward, but not here! Such a great team, great service, and great overall experience. I'm so glad I found them!

This is my second appointment and so far I would recommend this dental office. This is the first time that the dentist talked me through everything and every step of the crown procedure. It took about 1.5hrs the service was probably the best service I have ever had. I actually look forward to my next appointment.

All I can say is WOW! So impressed by this dental practice. My family just moved to NC from NJ and were in search of a new dental practice.
My son and I were the first to make appointments.
From start to finish, we have been treated like gold. The waiting room is lovely and we were seen right on time as scheduled for our respective appointments. Our hygenists (Alison for my son and Carey for me) were warm, friendly, happy, made us laugh AND feel so comfortable. The dental hygienist was exceptionally gentle and the reason I will definitely return for my regular check-ups. I have had some extremely "rough" hygienists at other practices and it was the reason I did not return. So kudos to the McNeely Family Dentistry practice and especially the hygienist I had for my first visit.

Today was my first visit to McNeely Family Dentistry as a patient. I've been here a few times with my wife to provide moral support. Let me tell you, the staff here was awesome! From the moment you enter the room you are treated like family.
Although I was initially a bit nervous,it quickly faded away due to the professionalism of the staff. My hygienist was very helpful and gentle (as gentle as you can be for a dental visit). She explained everything that she was doing so there were no surprises.

I am happy that I found Dr McNeeley and his practice. I have had both major and minor work done, as well as cleanings. He is very gentle and keeps me calm when I am usually a high anxiety patient.
My only gripe is being able to get appointment times that are flexible with my work schedule, because those times are reserved quickly.
His office is right down the street, which is also very convenient! There's also snacks, coffee and drinks...but I'm not sure who consumes them before or after getting their teeth worked on. Maybe for parents while children are having appointments

I had to find a new dentist quickly because I'd broken what I thought was a tooth, and my insurance had changed. They were very nice in 'squeezing me in'. Turns out, it was a CROWN that had broken! Dr. McNeely had to rebuild the tooth underneath in order to reattach another crown. This process took a couple of HOURS! The whole entire time, the staff was attentive, compassionate, and professional. They explained each step in the procedure. The temporary crown that was put on was very comfortable. When I went back 2 weeks later for the permanent crown, the staff greeted me like a

Exemplary! It took me about a year to find a good doctor....and we're satisfied! They didn't try to "sell" us things that weren't needed, etc. The equipment is up to date w/ a beautiful view & great customer service. My daughter appreciated the free coffee & granola bars....after just getting a cleaning.
