Wellhouse Fitness has offered personal training services in the Memphis area since 1992. Personal Training, Semi-Private, Small Group, Group Training (2-4 people), and Massage Therapy are available at Wellhouse Fitness, in the heart of East Memphis. What sets Wellhouse Fitness apart from the competition is a comprehensive approach to helping our clients lead their healthiest, best life possible.
Participants in the 21 Day Challenge have access to unlimited Small Group Training and Boot Camp Classes at Wellhouse Fitness. Everyone receives a detailed three week Nutrition Plan with quick and healthy recipes that fit into busy schedules, with weekly shopping lists to make it even easier.
The challenge begins with an initial assessment with weekly feedback throughout the 21 days and ends with a final assessment to celebrate new milestones during the three short weeks!Each assessment provides benchmarks, targets, and a way to clearly measure success! Our mission is to help you meet your personal fitness goals and improve your overall health. This requires a plan specific to you. At Wellhouse Fitness, we won't try to shove you into a pre-made program or class expecting you to have the same goals or be at the same fitness level as everyone else. We understand that your specific fitness goals and current fitness level are not the same as everyone else.
Our small group training sessions are led by some of Memphis' most qualified personal trainers and allow you to enjoy some of the same benefits of working with a personal trainer with the added value of greater support, motivation, higher energy, and accountability that comes from working out with a group.

THIS PLACE IS INCREDIBLE! I started my fitness journey 4yrs ago. Going to classes at another gym or doing my own workouts wasn’t getting me where I wanted to be. I’ve had more progress/results in 2 1/2 months at Wellhouse than at any other gym or program! Shaun and Dion are great instructors with routines that can be modified for your level of fitness or to work around any injuries. This is a fun atmosphere with a variety of workouts to keep you motivated and your muscles guessing. I can’t hype this place up enough! 100% love this place.

I love working out at this gym. It is clean and has top-notch equipment. I even love the setting, how you can look out the windows and not see strip malls and traffic. You see greenery, trees, flowers. And, the best part? The people!!! Awesome personal trainers. I absolutely adore working out under the leadership of Mary-Marsha Riley at Wellhouse Fitness. Everything about this place is well-done.

It’s a clean, perfect spot to get a great workout in. You never do the same exercises 2 days in a row, which is nice and makes it enjoyable! All of the trainers here are willing to work with you if you can’t do a certain exercise. Highly recommended if you need to learn how to do certain exercises or get a great workout in! I’ll definitely continue going here.

Teneo Fitness is an amazing facility. They have a number of trainers available for you to work with. I chose Dion's one hour sessions! I try to go three afternoons a week. I started in October of 2013 and I am feeling really good. The routine is highly specialized/customized for each individual. Their culture is one of lifestyle change=success. There are no gimmicks being sold here. The cold, hard truth is this: HARD WORK WORKS. If you are ready to change; Teneo can help you achieve your goals. In only a few short months I have lost 19 pounds and 2 inches off my waist. I could not say enough great
