Services
Permanent Makeup, Micro Pigmentation, Microblading, Cosmetic Tattooing and Semi-Permanent Makeup are all considered tattooing of the skin. Your complimentary consultation may be in person or via email if you live out of the San Francisco Bay Area Ca. Eyebrows are important as they frame and enhance your facial features.
Jill's specialized training in permanent makeup have given her the ability to work with a diverse clientele. Typically about 4 months following breast reconstruction, we can tattoo a natural looking nipple and areola. Breast reconstruction may or may not include nipple reconstruction. Either way, there is no color defining the area.
Inside Needle Knowledge I.N.K., is specifically designed to be an online go-to course for every professional permanent makeup professional, new or seasoned, who wants to expand their needle knowledge. The pictorial content provides an in-depth extension of the subject matter. There are several handouts including a Tattoo Needle Map, which is a unique course outline and a simplified way to understand what you are learning about.

Love my eyebrows! I have been waiting to have my eyebrows put back on by the talented Jill again. Jill had done my last eyebrows several years ago and it was time to touch them up. Her use of color is second to none. As a blonde, I did not want a black brow nor did she recommend that but instead a color that is compatible with my complexion. The salon is also clean and joyful. Jill is a total professional.

I've had permanent makeup brows for several years, but needed a touch-up. My previous artist retired and referred her clients to Jill. I am so happy I used her recommendation! Jill is absolutely wonderful. Knows exactly what to recommend regarding color and shape. Uses totally up-to-date tools, so discomfort is minimal. You really need to trust someone doing this process on your face and I would definitely trust Jill for any future procedures.

As an artist in the permanent cosmetic industry for 30 years, selecting another artist for my own permanent makeup was vitally important. I chose Jill Hoyer. One reason is that I was Jill’s fundamental trainer long ago, and another reason is because her work is exemplary; her attention to detail and health and safety protocol gave me the confidence that I had chosen well. This review is long overdue. Jill did my eyebrows in the summer of 2019, so it has officially been a year since I had my final touch up appointment. My brows still look amazing. I am SO happy with the work Jill did for me. I'd gone crazy with waxing my eyebrows in the 90s, and I am majorly going grey, so my eyebrows were almost non-existent before getting permanent make up. Jill is the ultimate professional. She gave me options for what would work best for my face and coloring; she explained what she was doing during the sessions; she gave thorough, easy to understand post-treatment care;

I have been here for permanent makeup and always refer people to Jill for permanent makeup. Her work speaks for itself and I know the color and shaping will be perfect, her spa is beautiful and everyone I have met there is so professional. I refer my close friends knowing that they will come out with perfect brows and will LOVE it. I normally would never refer anyone to get a service that is so difficult and requires great skill...but this is the exception, I have 100 percent confidence in Jill's artistry. I saw Jill in January of this year, and while I was wary of permanent makeup, she gave me the most beautiful eyebrows I could have ever imagined. Ends up my natural ones were completely the wrong shape, she fixed that and now they complement my face perfectly. They look extremely . I highly recommend her!

Yet another treatment that I wished I did sooner. I had very sparse eyebrows and I chose Jill because she is not only an expert in her field but understands lighter skin tones where brown and blonde pigments are required which takes skill to create a natural look. I also went back to get upper lid eyeliner. Jill really listened to what I wanted which was a very thin line within my upper lash line for a natural look and I love it! I can now go to the gym looking more refreshed without makeup. I totally feel confident now referring friends and family.

I have been to Timeless twice now over the lat 4 years for permanent eyebrows. The first time I went I got so many complements that I took my elderly mother ( 80) there. She looks great, as I do. This is a fnatastic way for mom to look her best at her age where otherwise a cohesive look was hard to achieve as she no longer has a steady hand. She loves it and so does my my dad!

Jill Hoyer is the best of the best. She is learned and skilled and adept and working magic with every skin color, from the lightest to the darkest. She understands the skin and how it with receive and react with application of pigment, recognizing that what's in the bottle and what each individual's skin will look like after healing are two different things. Jill slays perfection.

I was very impressed with Jill and her cute shop. I had a preventative mastectomy with reconstruction and went to Jill for the nipple tattooing. I am very happy with my results. The placement, color and size is just what I had in my head.
The atmosphere was relaxing and her table was extremely comfortable as was the pillow and leg rest. That makes a big difference when you have to lay there for an hour.

I had lash enhancement/subtle eyeliner done as I have a hand tremor that makes applying eyeliner difficult.
Jill is a very skilled artist with excellent taste. She spent a long time both consulting with me and doing the procedure by hand as some aspects of my skin would've made using a machine less effective or more tricky. I had no discomfort during the procedure and am thrilled with the results.
Update, February 2019: this is my favorite thing I've ever had done for my appearance, including haircuts, coloring, mani/pedis, waxing, tinting, etc. I just returned from two weeks vacation

I am the kind of client that obsesses over a procedure for a very long time before actually going through with it. I have wanted to have my eyebrows micro bladed ever since it began to become popular. I barely have any hair left on my right brow and my left brow has hair but is super thin. There was no shape and I was terrible at applying makeup. Jill is the best. She had worked on my eyebrows very patient, She is a very professional and friendly. The eyebrows looks very nice.
On the pictures my eyebrows are very bright because it's during the healing, day 3. After 2 weeks they became nice, soft color, I just need a little touch up - to add more color - hopefully will do it next month. If you are looking for a permanent makeup, I highly recommend Timeless Skin Spa!
