I've been passionately treating hair since 2011. I was originally Aveda trained, then later studied a variety of lines including Matrix and Redken. I've been a trained educator and traveled through NC and SC teaching and instructing other hair stylists various classes that range from customized color, formal makeup, and technical barbering.
Remember when you were a kid and you had those gorgeous sun kissed highlights that looked so effortless and unfortunately grew out as you grew up? Giving the effect that the sun had literally kissed your hair, with a seamless transition through your ends. That is lived-in hair! No matter where you toss your hair, there is a seamless blend of highs and lows to help enhance and balance out your natural color.
First time appointments are a big deal, and I want to make sure that you feel taken care of and your needs are met with the highest of expectations. That's why I have all the new color clients book under the New Client tab on my booking site. I want to ensure that we have ample amount of time to consult, plan, and deliver your lived-in hair goals without any time restraints.

Taylor is the BEST for low maintenance lived in color. I love my color every time I leave I feel understood, heard and have a perfect color that grows in beautifully. Also her studio is so relaxing and peaceful to be in, truly a treat having an appointment with Taylor!

Kristen has been cutting my hair for going on 6 years now (before she had her own studio!), and there is a reason! She does a great job at a very reasonable price. She knows exactly what I want, and does a great job every time. I've moved out of Madison, but whenever I am in town I call to see if I can get an appointment, and somehow I always get lucky! I actually dread going other places, because I know they won't do as good of a job. Plus, she is super friendly and I always love catching up with her. Highly Recommended!
