I have been researching the Triaxe Sport T-3045 for a while with the intention to buy soon. There are few dealers in my area so I had to drive 50 miles each way to Regal. I had spoken to a few other dealers via chat or on the phone. Most representatives were limited in their knowledge and reluctant to discuss ultimate delivery. While I know the reasons for the delivery delays, I couldn't get any further confirmation on the issues.
Regal was different, Celeste was a pleasure to chat with and had answers to all my questions.

Very happy with this company. I called 3 days before my trip to Orlando, a nice lady answered the phone and was very helpful answering all my questions. I did call around another companies because I was going to stay at a friend's in east Orlando and I needed delivery to SeaWorld. But I came back to Regal because not only did they deliver that also had a easy to fold scooter that can fit in any trunk. I have an suv so I was good in that sense. I made my booking for the scooter with a nice guy 2 days before my trip. He helped me find a spot close to the park for pick up. The day came and the guy

I dealt with Jean from start to finish. He was so professional and was able to help me find just what I was looking for. I am a very tough customer (literally) and was still shopping, found another deal that fit my needs and Jean worked it out that I got the best deal of all! I'll do another review when I receive my scooter, but I can't say enough about the outstanding customer service I received.

We were starting a 3-week trip & had a 4 plus year old transformer who developed a problem and we needed a fast replacement sent to our next hotel & a place to repair the old one. We called & Jennifer & Gene found us a place in Oregon to fix the old one & when we checked into our next hotel the new one was waiting for us. Now we have a his & hers. They got the replacement to us within 24 hours in Texas. By the time we head home to Alaska we should have both transformers to take back with us. Excellent service, came with no problems, so thank you-thank you.

I purchased a Transformer Travel Scooter for my father that had a severe stroke. After doing my research, I reached out to Regal Mobility via their online chat. The rep was very helpful and answered all my questions. They also had a great price, compared to other websites. I felt so comfortable with his help, that I has him call me and purchased the scooter on that call. They shipped the scooter to my home as promised (very fast). I would highly recommend you consider Regal Mobility if you're in the market for a scooter. Btw, my father loves the Transformer Scooter, and the remote control activated

Jan. 2019 - My husband and I traveled a short distance to Clermont, Florida so I could try out the Triaxe-Sport and make sure it was right for me. I have limited mobility due to COPD and weigh 250 lbs. so it had become difficult for me to keep up with our younger family members. We love to go on multi-generational get-aways and cruises and it was killing me to say NO more and more often. The guys at Regal Mobility gave us personal guidance and allowed my husband and I to try out scooters and compare. As I had thought, the Triaxe Sport fit my needs very well. My only regret is that I got the travel

You helped me get my Independence back in my life.
Handicapped since 1yrs old growing up was rough. But when post polio came back itsmessing with my life again. Loosing mobility is hard for anyone. But this scooter helped me get out again to go out with my wife. My grands and shopping. Run to the store pick up afew things and go. Drive right in the store. Its great. Take care of it and it will take care of you.
