Nxt Property Management was founded in 2017 with Western States Lodging as their multi-family management division. In less than three years, our portfolio grew to over 4,000 units. As a local specialist in Utah, we manage sites from Logan to Orem. We are confident in our recruiting efforts and have been successful in attracting and retaining the best talent.

I love Nxt! My direct manager is fantastic and has years of experience and I’ve learned so much from her, our regional manager is fabulous and truly cares about her team and the residents! I was nervous entering a new industry but I am so glad I chose Nxt! I feel so blessed to be a part of this company.

I’ve worked with this company for almost 2 years which is the longest time i’ve been with a company!! I completely love it and feel so included especially when there’s holiday events, birthdays, or random little surprise celebrations. I’ve have/had some of the best co-workers i’ve ever worked with. Infectious company culture where you feel valued and appreciated for your work. Leadership is so amazing and transparent, they really listen to what you have to say. Nxt is definitely a place where you work hard, but have fun doing so! Nxt management is a supportive/fast paced company that encourages and promotes career opportunities. 10/10 recommend!

I’ve worked with several Property Management Company’s and NXT has become my favorite. They’re personable, understanding, and they allow me to work and also have a personal life. My Regional is so helpful and caring. The VP is down to earth and really listens to his employees and their needs. If you’re looking for a company that has compassion for their workers but is also strong and professional this is the place for you! Ive been offered many jobs from several jobs from different companies but I’ve stayed here because of their respect for me!

I've worked at Nxt for a while now, and it's the best job I've ever had! Nxt knows how to take care of their employees, so that we can take care of our residents. We're not completely perfect yet, so you'll see negative reviews occasionally like any business, but we'll die aiming for perfection and we do our best. No company is 100% flawless, but we're quite close, and getting closer to every day: Happy Residents is the goal! I have been working with Nxt for several years. I have found their employees to be very professional. They take such ownership and responsibility in the properties they manage that it seems like they are the owners of the properties - not just managing them. Their attention to detail, cost-containment and professionalism shows how much they truly care about what they are doing, the well-being of their clients and, most importantly, the tenants they work with.
