In preparation for finishing-out our basement, we called Harris Waterproofing to install a full waterproofing system so that we don't have to worry about water coming in thru any small cracks on the walls or near plumbing/water lines leaving the house. John came out and recommended a foundation wall treatment and grate drain system. John was not pushy or salesy and treated us with kindness and respect. The quote was very reasonable compared to some of the larger waterproofing companies in the area. The installation team was amazing and kept us in the loop the entire time. We are so happy we went

My home's crawlspace was a mess with debris everywhere and damp dirt in places. In one day, Harris Waterproofing installed a french drain system, replaced the sump pump, and covered every inch of the crawlspace with heavy black plastic. The crew was on time, the foreman and office contact communicative, courteous, and responsive, and the workmen made sure all debris was removed before they left. The crawlspace looks amazing and I'm no longer afraid to venture down there when necessary. Avoid the slick promises from larger outfits and go with this local, family-owned business if you want quality

I Had several poured basement walls with moisture cracks and the crawl space was damp around the footings. Hard rain would allow water to fill in crawl trench. John was the presales consultant and explained the solution without overkill. The crew was exceptional and went beyond expectations. Forget the well known highly advertised waterproofing companies that usually provide a solution that is overpriced and over sold. The folks at Harris can be trusted and are awesome! Highly recommended!

Even after one year of service, they treated me with urgency when it was something that had nothing to do with their service and install - came back and did not charge for service or changing a filter on the evaporation system. I will not use anyone else but Harrison. They treat you like family using the Golden Rule. Thanks

We just had the waterproofing job finish in our full basement so still TBD on overall effect and testing the system, but in terms of installation, these guys nailed it!
We got a full perimeter french drain with sump pump and secondary pump installed.
First day of install there was literally 5" of rain in something like 4 hours, flooding our basement just as they finished digging out the interior perimeter trench. They slapped the sump pump in as it began to flood, saving the basement. If they had come a day later, we would've been flooded! Incredible.
It rained just about the entire time they
